28/3/2017 08:12 | A few Director purchases would be good. Last Director trade (iirc) was Mrs Watson's sells in the 70p range last autumn....could have been seen as an early warning sign maybe | sportbilly1976
28/3/2017 08:09 | I guess a few took advantage of the early dip on the basis 'everything is out in the open', and 'its not gone bust!' Debt within headroom, action being taken to reduced the cost base...just needs income to pick up from new business now and it will be on a sustainable, albeit less profitable than 2014-15 footing | sportbilly1976
28/3/2017 06:28 | Be interesting to see how those are reflected in the share price ..2017 to be well down on 2016 probably is the guidance though for the sp | sportbilly1976
10/3/2017 14:38 | BIKWIK, Different sector, but dyor on AAOG - I've bought a few over the course of this week. One which could have a very good 2017-18 | sportbilly1976
10/3/2017 14:36 | BIKWIK, I hadn't - nice indicator to use though. | sportbilly1976
08/3/2017 20:34 | Not saying that the Coppock indicator is the holy grail but when it turns up from beneath zero it is well worth taking notice, particularly if other things line up as well. In this case they did. Very few private investors have probably never heard of it. | bikwik
08/3/2017 15:53 | 10th one?Now 50% gain from the low | sportbilly1976
07/3/2017 13:34 | Looks like being the 9th straight day of gains | sportbilly1976
03/3/2017 12:52 | Its clearly running ahead of the results, whether its running FOR the results or the fact that it is cheap is open to debate. However, as the old saying goes and it is very true most of the time that "it is better to travel than arrive". Seeing as its been going up, even if they come out with something positive the shares will probably spike up then drop back as fast on profit taking. A lot of shares have been bought a bit lower down so there will be big profits to be taken. Just something to bear in mind. | bikwik
03/3/2017 08:23 | Potential rally up to the results here...was way oversold. Will still stay on sidelines until I read how they are to tackle the debt | sportbilly1976
02/3/2017 10:29 | Continues to run higher, could see a dip on some p/taking though by no means certain and given that this is still grossly oversold (weekly RSI just 20 with the shares at 16p offered) and coppock rising nicely after turning up from an excellent very low point, the omens look good. Click on the link on my 665 post and you'll get the latest chart. | bikwik
27/2/2017 16:34 | Third day up, though has come off the top today. Steady stream of buys today, with several sells but dwarfed by buys. Latish buy of 200,000 (£27,852). The weekly coppock indicator (if you don't know what this is - then I suggest you google it) has turned up, now for the third time from below zero - which is often the big one (the third that is) so like NAH which also saw the the weekly coppock turn up from below zero Fairpoint looks like recovering further. (Just change the code to NAH.L (instead of FRP.L on the stockcharts.com link - my post 665 and you'll see what I mean). I'm not saying this is going to the moon, nor even NAH, though that has recovered quite well so far, its just that the stock market pendulum has swung way too far to the downside and coppock plus the extreme oversold RSI suggests that the rally has further to go. I don't know how far, but it could easily double from here, though I dooubt if it does that in the initial rebound. Good luck. | bikwik
24/2/2017 10:40 | Coppock is just starting to turn up, just like NAH recently. Check out my thread, just search BIKWIK. | bikwik
24/2/2017 10:38 | Well it was funnily enough. I am holding anyway. Check out this link. | bikwik
24/2/2017 09:51 | ?? Was it worth it for £15....why not hold as obviously there was a background buyer...? | sportbilly1976
24/2/2017 09:44 | This is weird: The touch was 12.00 to 13.00 but it was 12.4 to buy and 12.5 to sell when I checked. Aha i thought....I wonder. So i bought 25000 at 12.40 and immediately sold at 12.50...made £15....lol lol. What was also very funny was the buy was shown as a sell and the sell was shown as a buy....weird or what...lol | bikwik
21/2/2017 15:53 | possibly - worst case - 12x your stake. 25% margin on IG, 12.5% with GS Although just looking at it is closing only :( | sportbilly1976
21/2/2017 11:06 | Worth a sb on ig?Limited downside...can only go bust! | kop202
17/2/2017 13:52 | Market cap 5mill now it's amazing how bad a job management have done it's staggering the level of incompetence just makes u think how they got the jobs in the first place | az4hr
16/2/2017 10:09 | re Milton - yep, my error cycnic - true, the WIP can be amended via different discount rates being applied. Even using last year as a guide, the WIP could be > current mkt cap. | sportbilly1976
14/2/2017 16:30 | I suspect you will see that there are some accounting challenges re WIP valuation and treatment. Colemans will be the issue on earnings I think. I don't quite understand why someone hasn't snapped them up at this price if there isn't some fundamental issues yet to fully disclosed. You could just run off the cabinets, there must be a lot of WiP in there... It looks really cheap, I was tempted at 16p but something just isn't right. | cynicalsam1
14/2/2017 16:00 | Miton Group. as far as i could see from the RNS, they did not sell any shares. so i assumed the % drop is due to issue of new shares, perhaps a result of acquisition earn outs? | qvg
14/2/2017 15:57 | They haven't sold, they still own the same number of shares. Percentage of their holding is down due to earn-out share dilution. | borgioli
14/2/2017 13:11 | rns - Miton Group reduced...down from 24% to 22.8% | sportbilly1976
14/2/2017 13:03 | Yep, I'll hang fire till the results are announced though - want to see how the debt is to be tackled. The spectre of poss D4E makes me wary of buying just yet...although former owners taking earn-out shares at 100p does give me some confidence | sportbilly1976 |
