29/12/2010 11:40 | We can relax, the deal is done. We have the cash. FTS still to announce it though, probably enjoying the festivities, so we should see some action shortly. | encarter
22/12/2010 10:32 | "Discount to cash," well if a large amount of the borrowings went with the deal you may have got to your 50% off now.!! | tara7
22/12/2010 10:29 | Cjohn, "trading is poor" No, T/O is up see last results, plus delayed workload, is now on its way. No way do you get cash and then de list. Have a track record of paying a huge divi.!! Are you telling me the directors are going to pour a huge £8.27M down the pan of their own money.????? These are the same guys who last year, paid themselves a 30% divi.!! | tara7
22/12/2010 10:19 | I shouldn't put too much faith in non-exec directors! There have been some delistings of micro-caps at shockingly low prices. Disgraceful contempt for minority shareholders. My own reason for considering thees shares is the discount to cash, once the sale of the N American operation is finalised. Given that current trading is very poor and likely to stay thta way for the moment, I'd only buy in at a significant discount to cash - say at half the current price. This would compensate for the manifold risks (including a potential de-listing - which doesn't seem very likely in my view.) | cjohn
22/12/2010 07:17 | Might also like to look just how much stock the directors have bought in the past and at what price.!! | tara7
22/12/2010 07:09 | Lost me on this, the directors are playing with their own cash, if they had cash worries just fold 2/3 of the company and pay out the cash. [to thenselves] Re delisting, you do that first not after cash has been delivered.!!! [Have had 3 years to do it, but never had]!! For a start as they have 90% of the company they have to make an offer for the last 10% and the non exc directors have a duty in law to make sure the price is fair. One other point, far from a de listing , the opp may be true an RTO of all their unlisted parts of the group into FTS. Take a look at the Fore group.!! | tara7
21/12/2010 22:11 | PAETEC Software Corp. (PAETEC Software) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the entire assets and assume certain liabilities of Formula Telecom Solutions, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of FTS, in a $13 million all-cash transaction. The purchase is expected to close in late December of 2010. The share price will be more sensible when this is completed next week. PAETEC are also taking some liabilities which is another good thing. | awertr
20/12/2010 12:44 | Also just might get more news on their plans for the cash [divi]? with the RNS at the end of the month. If you look at the last report it talks of past delayed orders that should be feeding through this year. | tara7
20/12/2010 12:23 | Hi Tara, from their own reports. I think it's a positive that they're aware of the difficulties of their situation and have slashed costs in anticipation I agree the discount to cash is very tempting. Thanks for highlighting this share. I've put it on my watch list. | cjohn
20/12/2010 11:38 | Cash should be in by the end of the month, way above this mornings market cap, directors are not going to pour their own cash down the pan. Also where to you find about sales of new products.?/ | tara7
20/12/2010 11:11 | A very interesting share, Tara: trading at sbout 70% cash after sale of Amaerican operations (only a small poss that sale won't go through). Further write offs of intangibles in view of lousy current trading look likely. They're also going to be loss making this year and they haven't sold any of their new suite of products. Very difficult one to value: I admit I've ducked it, as it's not quite cheap enough for me yet, but very good luck to all who've been brave enough to dive in. | cjohn
17/12/2010 13:44 | cash is 36 pence per share | awertr

17/12/2010 13:26 | 21 - 24 whoops | jonno1
16/12/2010 20:15 | This is from the sad guy who said he had gone away,[see post above]So you tell one pork pie, after another, after another. Do you not.? but now he justs wants to pull down the share price for all shareholders.! Why would he do that.?? You hate winners , your a born loser, just like all your posts FEAR.!! Real cost of stock to me is 2p,[10p less 8p divi] now 28p and ITS THIS COMPANY THAT DID IT FOR ME. My view is they will make me a great deal more.!!! | tara7
16/12/2010 10:27 | Did your stock pay a 30% divi this time last year.? | tara7 |
