Loan Facilities
The Company announces that it has entered into an unsecured loan facility agreement for GBP5,000,000 for a five year term at a fixed rate of 2.03% with The Royal Bank of Scotland plc ("RBS") for the purpose of pursuing its investment objective.
This facility has been fully drawn down today in the Income portfolio and is in place of the Company's existing GBP5,000,000 unsecured revolving credit facility ("RCF") with RBS.
The Company has also entered into a two year unsecured RCF with RBS for GBP2 million.
