By now PM will no doubt have reduced further, and those left holding the stock they sold are more than likely to suffer further pain impo.

If the deal is ever done that is, as someone might have been helping PM to unload at PI's expense for not doing DD.

Premier Miton announce after hours on Friday 22nd that they have reduced from 9.85% to c2.4%. Not suggesting that they have inside info but they probably have a clearer idea than us PIs of the current health and prospects of the company, and thus the likely sale value of the cyber business.

A disaster eight years in the making. There is no substantive growing business here. This is a fire sale. After suspension there will be little if nothing left, a rump that will require refinancing. The eight years consumed in this debacle have been the golden years for a business in this sector. They were unable to make it fly then and they won't now.

The price likely relects inside info on the sale price under discussion so I am not expecting much more than that. Still, could have been worse.

The question for holders is whether to sell out in the next few days before the shares are suspended on 2 October, or to hold on, potentially to get some upside but also risk being shafted when the news emerges.........

It would stand to reason imv that the sale price will relate to the strategic reason behind buying, rather than cash level or current revenue
