EVRAZ plc (or "the Company") reports that on 13 September 2017 Mr. Nikolay Ivanov, a person discharging managerial responsibility in EVRAZ plc, under the Company's Dividend re-investment Plan 2017, has purchased the 5,486 EVRAZ plc Ordinary Shares. The exercise price per share is GBP3.112443.
