Just been checking , no big sellers you still can't buy quantity of this below 11.25 at mo ( 100k )

MM will shake this tree from time to time as they know they can encourage shorters .
Market Cap is not a issue at all for me as I am sure Universal thought the same !

MM tree shaking for cheap stock I bought again at 11.35 .

Stock can bounce 5% this morning on 100,000 shares .
Wait for the support on long term buyers and this will be 13p today perhaps 15p by end of the week .

The de-rampers have this wrong , the type of companies EVRH are doing deals with don't bother with smoke mirror companies .

EVRH is real and it going to be big

I think the stock was over sold mid afternoon yesterday ( profit taking )
This stock is a excellent 6-9 month hold and at these levels are a good solid buy with much more news to come .
Could easily be 14-15p by end of the week .

There may not be a spiral.
But they need finance from somewhere with only £3mill in the bank.

Im not short or deramping. Just pointing out.

To be honest VR concerts seem strange to me. Its like 3DTV in my opinion.
I have used VR as part of my job as a design engineer in the Petrochemical/Pharma Industries.. for doing walk arounds in 3D models. For those applications brilliant.

As for watching sport or concert, well think 3D glasses.

It seems to be a non binding framework agreement, where evrh give away free options.

Please note I have not mentioned any comparison with any other company .
My view is that this is a very exciting sector and EVRH has announced two excellent deals with 2 super size companies .
Both happy to take payment by warrants of stock at today's price

And not gaining a penny profit until this stock is a lot higher

So I agree there are people cashing in from 2-3p prices but they put there money in from day 1 .

I have no issue on people cashing in a profit , after in one way or the other that is what we are all here for .
So I respect your view but I don't get why you ignore the deals done today ?
As for the app I am sure it is not easy getting the app right as deals are signed and for me I rather see the app launched in the summer when more deals are agreed . GL anyway

EVR Holdings (LON:EVRH) was one of my stocks for 2017, and has thus far proved robust enough to live up to the enthusiasm of private investors.

These days, given how one can be shot down via social media, with or without justification, I tend to be as conservative and cautious on share price targets as possible. This is especially the case when dealing with either stock market darlings, or of course bulletin board hero stocks like EVR Holdings.

Although it could have been the case that the virtual reality content group turned out to be a flash in the pan, it seems to be the case that the company has so far delivered on heightened expectations. This point was underlined by today’s announcement regarding EVR being able to show Universal Music gigs in virtual reality, which has caused the share price to jump again.

Just how high it may continue to fly is suggested by the present configuration of the daily chart. There has been a rising trend channel in place since as long ago as August last year. The top of the channel is pointing as high as 16p, a destination which could be hit over the next 4-6 weeks. This is especially the case while there is no break back below the 50 day moving average at 10.37p.

I respect you are on the short , and you seem to know about stocks .

I have been involved with start up companies for a long time too .

And for me when a Baby company gets the big players happy to take Warrants on a newco then that is two things .
Sharp business negotiating from EVRH and secondly a big player wanting a small piece of the action now as they clearly see a future up turn on the stock price today rather than get a cash deal now .

EVRH are getting potentially multi million dollar deals done here with no cash advance a warrant to promise payment with a higher stock value of today's price " amazing "

They have something very special here and another tie up like this with perhaps Sony in the very near future even before the app is launched then in my opinion 30p is the price for sure and then let's see who steps in for the buyout at 50-75p .
Seems crazy no , seems a cheap deal for the buyer if they have more of today's announcements .

Profit takers today and good luck to them , I have a feeling some strong long term funds are very much on there way with this stock 👍
