Your posts are very correct in my opinion .
It is going to become a serious player in this new market it will be a take over company in the next 9-12 months and IF they tie up another Warner type company you will see a FB or like company pounce on a cheap take over at something like 30p + .

Forget people like Kreature he is a shorter but is probably getting fingers burnt as the stock has consolidated and shows signs of the new resting point of 15p very soon

The company must keep the shareholders up dated on a regular basis on new deals and the launch of the app and this will fly 👍

Whether you understand or not this is an extremely valuable deal and if they sign up Sony and Universal they will control Music VR Content abd the business will be valued at over £1b.

Warner Music Inc. signs global VR content and distribution agreement with MelodyVR and simultaneously receives entitlement to subscribe for 43,239,926 million shares in EVRH at 4.25p per share

Agreement further strengthens EVR's position at the forefront of global virtual reality content creation

EVR Holdings plc (AIM: EVRH), a leading creator of virtual reality ('VR') music content, is pleased to announce that its subsidiary MelodyVR Ltd ('MelodyVR') has signed a VR content creation and distribution agreement with Warner Music Inc. and WEA International Inc. (collectively, 'Warner'). Warner, one of the three largest record companies in the world, reported digital sales in 2015 of US$1.24 billion and owns and operates a number of successful record labels including Atlantic Records, Parlophone Records and Warner Bros. Records.

The framework agreement is intended to facilitate the creation and distribution of Virtual Reality content featuring Warner artists. As part of the relationship, MelodyVR will receive the right to distribute both live and pre-recorded content created with Warner artists via its music platform for an exclusive period, followed by a period of joint-exploitation by both parties.

The Company is also pleased to announce that Warner Music Inc. will, in addition, receive an entitlement to subscribe for 43,239,926 ordinary GBP0.01 shares in EVR Holdings PLC, exercisable until the 5(th) anniversary of today's date, at an exercise price of 4.25p.

The content and distribution agreement will enhance Melody's distribution capabilities with respect to its extensive content library.

Content is king, investors here need to have some insight into the future, if you want a share with traditional valuation metrics of pe and yield EVRH is not for you, but it may be in the future but at many times this price. I don't see EVRH as particularly high risk as they have secured the first of the big three. If they get a second its going to fly much much higher imho.

Kreature + possible the same bod is a shorter and his posts are getting more desperate as his position gets worse .
This stock has rallied really well from the dips a week or so ago .

It has found its level for a short time but as soon as news of the deals they are working on this stock will be 15p within hours of announcement and if FB are involved then it is easy to see this stock at 25-30p it's only my opinion but it feels like a great hold and ride stock for me . GLA

As the old saying goes, if something doesn't make sense, then it probably isn't true. They may have the biggest library of VR content on the planet (doubtful though) but if it's unlicensed then it's completely worthless. So I would sell. IMO - ATB - DYOR

If these boys get content deals from Sony and Universal on top of the Warners deal they are the VR company for music worldwide and will be worth billions. They need to have these two giants content by the Summer or someone else will.

Be careful the spread on this share can catch you out

MM are very sharp on this stock

For me this is a long term hold stock could easily reach 25p in the next 6 months

Prize prat, I would be worried if warrants were swamping market and not being bought up.
But they are so price is holding well until next news release.
If your so negative on EVRH then your obviously not invested here so jog on and leave us in peace.

Yes the warrants are all priced in and the stock is dealing with it brilliantly .
This stock is going up big time once things settle

Lots of chances to get in at a reasonable price today.What I don't understand is why 100 000s of shares are selling in, then a few tiny sells take the price down. Any ideas?
