Hmmm - Hargreave Hale reducing by 3M. That probably held back the share price at just over 10p for a couple of days as buyers absorbed the selling.

If you read the RNS you will see that Hargreave-Hale are reducing (on behalf of their investment clients) to below the 5% threshold from just above it - hence the requirement to notify.
Seemed like people on here were saying it represented some kind of increase in investment, but it is in fact the opposite, but not significant - indeed the share price has already absorbed the reduction in holding.
