What happens if we get App launch RNS on Monday? I am sure Management are aware of additional shares impact on admission so would not be surprised to see some decent news flow next week IMO.

My take on the extra shares is as follows....

200m extra share placed on 11th oct. most of the existing shares are held by the owners and big institutions who I don't think will rush out and sell. you also have to balance out that the company will be worth £3.5m more due to the money raised.

However in the small print is an extra 5m shares also being listed to pay for the advisory services to the placing. This I think will be sold down a.s.a.p.

the total extra shares is 22.22% of the existing share base

Looking back when there was a 2m exercise of warrants(share added to the total) on 27th sept the share price fell from 4p to 3p so this gives some indication on what may happen on 11th oct. However it was short lived and the share price soon moved back up to the 4p range it is currently in. so in effect you are both correct.

effiert is correct that it should go down short term due to the extra shares, but tidy2 is also correct that mid to long term this should be a big gainer as long as they spend the £3.5 wisely.

However both keep saying the same thing over and over just puts people off. hope this helps.. group hug

I really hope eff that you get a bloody huge margin call on your short position for de-ramping this so blatantly. I have no doubt we shall see some sellers which is called making a market but we have a lot of buyers to as we end the most important quarter of the year for EVR.

Tidy was ramping like a crazy fxxxxer when she quoted a press release from nextvr that has no connection to evrh ...However nextvr recent funding round raised $80m valuing it at $800mI think even now evrh only valued at c $45m so just over 5% of nextvrI appreciate us values tech shares at much higher multiples than uk listed firms and may be comparing apples and pears but even so the valuation disparity is huge...

No predictions. All I will say is that it is quite common to see the share price of a share bashing away to get through a barrier - in this case 4p. Investors tend to pick whole numbers to trigger a sale, so once they have all exited, the likelihood is that we will move on to the next barrier at 5p.

It is of course very difficult if not impossible to rate a share like this until it starts receiving income.

I will never understand why someone who has made a nice profit from a share doesnt move on somewhere else after selling. Unless they realise theve made a mistake and want to drive the price lower to get back in again. Not a creditable policy. It makes you question there whole approach to shares and their posts.
