29/6/2012 17:54 | Thanks! I would be a little wary, as this management have a dreadful track record of destroying value. the only reason I bought was that the shares were available for half the cash on the b/s and a fifth of NAV. I don't understand the accounting of the deferred shares. It's quite possible these would dilute NAV for ordinary shareholders, but let me read the accounts and work out what the real situation is with these. | acquisitor
29/6/2012 17:46 | :-) Hope you do just as well here as with Astaire - well done. It gives me some hope you buying and already having some. If DAN shares do something miraculous, I may well join forces with you and tomboyb and smack them ..! Your buy helped to pop up the price so there may be not that many shares in free float. | lr4850
29/6/2012 17:29 | Just bought 650k shares and will carry on buying. Maybe we will get enough shares between us to sack the board. | acquisitor
29/6/2012 14:52 | Frigging hell !!! Is that all? ;-) They deserve more for their stirling work. Can I get some consolation thinking if i lose my investment so will they (and Kimono) and they have a lot more than me? Interesting developments on Alexander David investments, perhaps there is hope that could happen here. | lr4850

29/6/2012 10:47 | Market cap = 600kish NAV = 1.69p or over £5mill with £1.2mill in cash View = This management is so bad its almost unrealistic! IMHO there seems no clear intention to create "any" shareholder value but use EVOL as a vehicle for expenses and other things imo. How can u possibly invest in 3DD which is T/O of 67k! and admin expenses of over 1mill!! Ir4850 - u should of taken the 2p from ASTR - I think EVOL is one o case studies on AIM u look at and say "was there any intention of creating any shareholder value in the first place" I wonder what they paid themselves for this - | tomboyb
29/6/2012 08:01 | Content of results also scandalous. Eroding cash and poor "investments". I have not yet found - possibly well hidden for a reason - the renumeration and bonus packages of the accounts, but what's the betting that completely unjustified levels of "reward" for "performance".??? Market won't be happy. | lr4850
28/6/2012 23:26 | Should have been out. This isn't exactly a complicated business to audit. A few investments to value and some central costs to account for. So why the delay? | acquisitor
28/6/2012 09:06 | Scandalous; are the results also due this month ? | lr4850

23/6/2012 10:54 | Worth keeping an eye on David Snow :-( 3D Diagnostics moves to boost sales as shares slump By Peter Ranscombe Published on Friday 16 December 2011 00:00 SHARES in Dundee-based 3D Diagnostic Imaging plunged more than 40 per cent yesterday after the dental equipment maker warned that "turbulent economic conditions" had taken a bite out of its revenues. David Snow, one of the non-executive directors of Evolve Capital, the company's largest shareholder, has now joined 3D's board. Snow guided brokerage Garban Europe to a stock market floatation before it was taken over by rival Icap. 3D, which makes devices that scan teeth for cavities, said the first half of its financial year had been tough, but it is bringing in measures that should boost sales during the first quarter of 2012. Shares closed down 0.5p at 0.62p, wiping about £1 million off the firm's market value. That firm's share price tanked when academics behind it starting selling their shares in great chunks shortly after listing. Quite a few investors were wiped out by their shenanigans. Looks like the same folk are lurking in the background. | lr4850
