Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company today announces that on 13 April 2017, Adam Kaye, an Executive Director of the Company, bought 25,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a purchase price of 127p per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Mr Kaye's enlarged beneficial holding is 4,709,809 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.87 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
