RESULTS OF FUNDRAISING AND DIRECTORS' DEALINGS

Following an announcement earlier today, European Wealth (AIM: EWG, EWGL), the integrated financial planning and wealth management group, is delighted to announce that it has it has raised GBP291,100 through a direct share subscription by investors to the Company for 582,200 new Ordinary Shares at a price of 50.0 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Subscription Shares").

Application will be made for the Subscription Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that the dealings in these new Ordinary Shares will commence on AIM on or around the 13 October 2016 ("Admission").

Following Admission, the Company will have in issue 25,392,681 Ordinary Shares (the "Enlarged Issued Share Capital"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company will be 25,392,681.

As part of the fundraising, Kenneth ("Buzz") West, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, has subscribed for 20,000 Subscription Shares at a price of 50.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, Buzz West has a beneficial interest of 346,306 Ordinary Shares representing 1.36% of the Enlarged Issued Share Capital.

Simon Ray, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, has also subscribed for 20,000 Subscription Shares at a price of 50.0 pence per Ordinary Share as part of the fundraising. Following the purchase, Simon Ray has a beneficial interest of 259,336 Ordinary Shares representing 1.02% of the Enlarged Issued Share Capital.
