Posting of Circular and Notice of EGM
(Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in this announcement shall have the same meaning ascribed to such terms in the circular posted to shareholders on 15 January 2018 unless the context requires otherwise.)
European Wealth Group Limited (AIM: EWG, EWGL), the integrated wealth management group, today announces that, further to the Company's announcements dated 12 December 2017 and 7 November 2017, a Circular has been posted to shareholders in relation to resolutions relating to both the conversion of the Facilities, including a waiver of obligations (in favour of Kingswood) under Rule 9 of the Takeover Code, and the proposed change of name of the Company to Kingswood Holdings Limited.
The Circular contains a Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting convening an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on 29 January 2018 to be held at the offices of finnCap Limited, New Broad Street, London EC2M 1JJ at 10.00a.m.
