I'm an event producer Mark

Used to work with the Ronnie from the Stones for many years. But now more corporate UN, GLA, Deutsche etc etc

Now I'm in the process of hopefully leaving the big smoke and going over to Cardiff.

You also need to know that - and this is ONLY between you and I

CPDLC and Chip (ADVFN) is Mark

I only tell you as I trust you after many months

If anyone doubts the above then post your email and I will forward what I got. I can't vouch that the person purporting to be Rhys is him or the accuracy... But I smell a rat.

I have phoned enk and let them know that I am very concerned that someone has told me that a malicious rumour has spread that chip is mark Hanlon. I clearly stated that I would like a definitive Answer from them. Hopefully this will make public the fact that it is a nasty rumour. I have requested that they communicate this openly.

Also... Pressure has been applied to Paul lush through a trusted friend to explain what is going on.... Paul Lush may be an innocent party but one would expect to know why he is exposing Clive Condor and Churchill airports credibility by accepting such a low offer and not protecting private investors interests. Credibility is everything and, I demand an explanation from Paul as to why this is seen to be the best option please.

Bit confusing when the UK equivalent are also CDIs - but the acronym actually stands for Crest Depository Interest! Crest being the UK clearing system.

Apparently the ASX version stands for Clearing House Electronic Sub-register System.

Thanks chip.... In that case I need to have a word with Rhys sion at Out of the Blue Communications as someone claiming to be Rhys sion told me that chip was mark Hanlon and I am keen to make sure that I have been misinformed and that there is no foul play.

It just means they have obtained those 609k shares on the ASX.

ENK are not fully listed in Australia (which is why they have never qualified for ISAs). So they have to be held as Chess Depository Interests (CDIs) where each CDI is equivalent to an ENK share on the LSE.

I believe this means they are Borrowing our stock to takeover our company

Maybe they just want to get control and run ENK and keep the management and expertise ,, maybe they've got enough shares for what ever there purpose,, maybe reconsidering someting ,, who knows??

And Yes!....that cat....(lol)....in "pawsing" for that moment....also reminded me....that amongst other things....Mr Guy Walker is up for re-election to the Board....at the AGM....in two weeks time.

So....with a fortnight to go to the AGM....quite a lot that can happen....up till then.

Just been outside....sun beating down....and in a quiet corner of the garden....found a yawning next door neighbour`s cat....one ear chewed off....and the tip of his tail missing.

"Meow"....he said...."you`re looking a bit thoughtful this morning metex".

"Yes"....I said....and related the story of what is happening at ENK.

"Do you know"....he said...."All my life....I`ve had to fight....with all my might....to retain my territory....and my rights".

He then got to his paws...and with goodbye "meow"....walked away towards his home.

Suddenly he stopped....turned his head....and said.

I am just a full-time PI.
I am not an insider in any company whatsoever.
I have no employment in any capacity within any company.

I would have thought that after 11-odd years and nearly 16,000 posts on ADVFN it would be down to simple common sense to work that out. But clearly not!

I doubt that even 1% of my postings have involved ENK/RMLA, so why on earth anyone would think it was anything more than just another investment to me is baffling - but there you go.

Hopefully this will put to bed the topic for the oddball conspiracy theorists out there. I am certainly not going to waste any more of my time answering such nonsense.
