Difficult to value this one but let have a go on the back of a cig pack
5mill T X 10000 discounted price of LTH value only at 10% in still in the ground
That make 5 bill
So on my very simplistic valuation this will be worth over 300 at list of anyone money
Can all get wrong?... Sure but still worth the risk for me.
Good luck

Comparative value chart says it all. It's still a buy, and will remain so for some time I reckon

Thanks, Banshee, for making that clear. Shorting EMH really would be only for the very very foolish.

I'd try harder if I was you, it will help you avoid misleading people, and to remove any lingering doubt you are pathetically attempting to cling to since the figures add up to 62%, see legal link below ie

"Minimum shares in public hands

At the time of admission to listing, at least 25% of each class of shares being listed must be in the hands of the public in one or more EEA States. Shares are not regarded as being held in public hands where they are locked up for more than 180 days or held directly or indirectly by, for example:

The directors of the company.

Any of its subsidiaries.

By a person connected with such a director.

By a person holding 5% or more of the shares."

Still not true, and that's pretty rude to be honest.

Maybe, I just don't understand the lingo. Still learning.

In so far as the Company is aware, the percentage of the Company's issued share capital that is not in public hands is 61.66%.

Thanks for the much more information wrtmf and Jamonit.

What's the split between what's listed and what is privately owned? Is the current market cap only a small percentage of the actual company?

Weller, what on earth does it matter what % of the company is in UK shares, and what % is in Australian hands?

Perhaps you should do a little research on what we are talking about here. Given the potential here, the mcap is remarkably low - especially when considered against the valuations of other lithium companies.

Have you taken a wrong turn somewhere?
