Probably more to do with RBD getting their cash in. 9.8m m/cap and 5.2 million in cash, and hopefully now increasing. I’m hoping for a takeover.

Paul has stated that they are not coming in to takeover and run the company, only for a short period, but to reduce costs and perform a strategic review that involves both merger, trade sale, something I also believe the current board would be loath to do considering their to 2 executives cost the Company over 600,000 UKP a year

If the board thought this was a takeover target they would be dipping their hands into their pockets to buy shares. I reckon a few of these directors are worth £5m+.
we are hoping for a takeover bid at 3p

Plenty of blood boiling over on lse - and rightly so. I am praying for a takeover or a success in Ireland. The Morocco write off put us into loss this year - another example of building a portfolio - and then we had Serenity! And I didn’t appreciate that Oddie was chair of the remuneration committee - says it all really. Suet - really fed up.

interesting post from brightfuture on lse "I really do not want to see an asset sale. I would much rather a takeover. I have been invested in this company far too long and am still deep in the red. So much hope over the years and very little delivered. I remember all too well the farce at Holmwood, the chief exec not attending crucial planning meeting. Traffic management plans submitted saying a petrol station would be use as a lorry park ( without the owner’s permission). The great hope of the Kosmos farm in that was ultimately fruitless. The never ending planning appeals that thankfully delivered a productive well. My issue is three companies board of directors have been dining out on the success of this single well and I don’t get any sense of urgency about when they will deliver the rest of the discovered oil deposits from Wressle. At some stage people other than the directors need to be able to profit from this discovery."
