                            with EQMC the "Funds"). ALANTRA AM as investment manager 
                            may exercise the voting rights of the shares of Eurocell 
                       plc held by the Funds. EQMC holds 4.01%, while the percentage 
                                of the voting rights held by other fund is below 3%. 
                                 This notification intends to cover the notification 
                                                            obligation of the Funds.
