I go away for a long week end thinking this share is in safe hands and look what happens on Friday, think thursday was just a quick buck maker for some brave people, hope it just goes back to its nice slow steady rise.

This one seems to be making up the ground lost on Friday. I still consider a return to 30 pence within the next week.

The market makers dont seem to think this is very good news - the price has plummeted on an unremarkable volume of sales.

Global telematics sold off for 6 million plus an agreement to any profit on a float in the next three years this is good for the cash and good for removing cash drain whilst they are in debt. last year it cost them 3 million so this I would imagine is very positive. Could it be that they are cleaning up before a takeover. This is becoming more intesting by the day not to mention profitable.

Shares in the AIM listed telecom group are 4.5p higher at 25p on rumours of bid talks with an American group. Market sources suggest that a US firm recently made a hostile approach which European's board was trying to turn into a friendly bid at a premium to the current share price.

Todays large rise shorly has to be on the back of Atlantic Tele results, however over the past few weeks this share has gone up nicely, with mms buying in at various prices it has kept the share alive, hopefully rampers and day traders will keep out of this and leave it to have a true rise.

Just received letter re EGM on 9th Aug 2001.

Strategic view of board.

Disposed of 80% interest of ET voice mail

Improve efficiencies of core business

Integration of Banner Telecom Complete, Expected annualised savings
os £3.3 million.

EPR system now stable and operational.Delivering cost savings.

The directors consider that the above initatives are enough.

This is the only resolution to be put forward at EGM.

Could this be the reason for the rise today ?

Started buying into this share around xmas and must admit I have been worried
by the continuing falls.Thought I was going to lose a packet. Luckily I bought
a bundle at 9p and now only showing a small loss.

Nice to see a sustained period of increase. Hope it continues.

I would agree with you on this one. The price is increasing steadily and should reach the 30p easily within 2 weeks.

Looking quite good recovered nicely from 9p low. Looking at the graph steping up nicely. Would seem jimted wrong and grity has bad timing. Anyone else in this share with any opinions?
