Noddy - well the deadline is actually 24th June and I'm not sure what the everything is that is pointing to an early RNS about a bid. I'm personally looking for the rns to say that AQR are reducing or closing rather than increasing their shorts here first. ATB.

Thanks. Time certainly running out for the consortium to get their funding in place and they are not going to like being forced into either selling some of their stock at today's prices or more stock being issued to minority holders to meet the 25% free float requirement. Guessing that the highest price paid by kerimov was £3.00 or thereabouts

nolens volens - there are two banks that hold all the security in this company and Kerimov is a major player in both banks! Convertible Debt comes to mind...
