24/5/2019 08:05 | I am optimistic for our long term future Happy to wait 3.5 years more before I sell | book5
24/5/2019 07:50 | Is AB referring to the free coffee machine at reception, saw it, told DS, said it, got the coffees in, sorted! Mission accomplished? Or does he mean he saw an opportunity, a specific investor, got talking, said what he needed to say, and sold his double platinum KISS collectors edition to an enthusiast for a tidy sum? Or, is that comment Eurasia linked? | excellance
23/5/2019 23:44 | ;) More Patience required guys | book5
23/5/2019 23:24 | AB Tweet Saw it, said it, sorted. At 121. | driver101
23/5/2019 21:59 | I don't those there's a problem other than doing the work and raising funds via revenues...and these need to coincide. | excellance
23/5/2019 19:15 | Are they delaying in purpose good news for this to go down?? they have shown site preparation during winter , new kit for WK, so no doubt contractor is committed Still no communication production has started AB, please Where is the problem? Is there a problem to start production? | book5
23/5/2019 19:14 | ex - tell me about it. It almost feels as if we have gone back in time this year! | charles clore
23/5/2019 18:09 | Bobby, I'm with you all the way there. WK is still a side show, but is an important step to reducing future dilution and is bringing in cash, and actually has the potential by itself to be more than a side show... However, the elephant in the room is still MT and finding a way to develop that. As I've said loads of times MT could be just the tip of a very large iceberg, so a week or two delay at WK are insignificant in the bigger picture. I think the Optiva note was right to add the extra year, these things are never easy or quick. | excellance
23/5/2019 15:07 | I was in the recent placing. And I have met the key people. I'm not particularly frustrated, as I'm generally a long term investor. I've seen a heck of a lot of companies over the years but I can't remember ever seeing one where the mkt cap is so disconnected from the actual underlying asset value. Unfortunately AIM is now so dominated by small retail punters with no patience, that it's hard for companies to get any momentum in their share price unless they have game changing news every 5 mins! Imo the assets today are worth many multiples of the share price but the mkt doesn't seem prepared to roll up its sleeves and do proper research. If they spent a few days (as I have) reading the accounts and all the RNS's they may wake up to the big upside here. Optiva's risked fully diluted target share price (as of last Oct ie before MT permit was received) was 2.8p. If you compare the assumptions to management forecasts it looks very conservative. IMO based on the latest position I see it closer to 4-5p. There is the issue of the 0.6p Warrants but I feel these won't come into play too much below 1p & once out of the way it could have a clear run. But most will not believe it could have such a large upside. Either way, it's fundamental value is a massive amount higher than 0.5p!! | bobby1904
23/5/2019 14:37 | ex - there may be some hidden clues in the tweets, I don't know. We do know they have had the dozers out at WK for some time now as the pictures on Twitter show. So the big question is, have they started the wash process yet? | charles clore
23/5/2019 14:25 | Indeed they may have actually moved on from stripping and prep to actual processing. The rns said a couple of weeks, but then we get those tweets on a loop continually saying "imminent". I don't value those tweets very highly, they are just a filler. I remain patient and optomistic. | excellance
23/5/2019 14:07 | I don't think that the Optiva investors are in for the short term. They have been told the story (probably a lot more than we are aware of) and are happy to wait a few years for what could be a very healthy return on their investment. | lew stules
23/5/2019 14:02 | They may have started | book5
23/5/2019 13:47 | Well, they invested half a million quid split between WK and MT but I wonder if it was for wages of for a specific bit of kit. Can't help thinking about that tweet from AB several months ago with the dirty old excavator grinding along to the sound of rammstein. That would take a week or two to assemble and bed in. | excellance
23/5/2019 13:24 | Those Optiva Securities investors must be feeling frustrated too | cool hand kev
23/5/2019 13:22 | Hmmm cash invested Brace for the best and wait | book5
23/5/2019 13:22 | Hmmm cash invested Brace for the best and wait | book5
23/5/2019 13:07 | I can only assume that lack of news on MT is because they cannot give information. This in turn means either there has been no progress at all, or there are talks going on leading to a possible bid. I think that Sinosteel MAY have decided they want MT for peanuts and are waiting for EUA to run out of cash. As far as WK goes I believe this is where the short term earnings can be made and I hope the increased reserve approval comes through in time for multiple washplants this year. I think the company should announce progress on WK mining status now, even if the contractor is only operating one washplant. A very frustrating situation but I continue to hold. | charles clore
23/5/2019 12:52 | We've all been waiting for what seems like forever for news that never seems to come. Mining should have started by now so why the delay, or why the delay in announcing the start of mining. What is the aim of EUA attending mining conferences, is it to hold out the begging bowl for new investors to shore up the cash reserves, or is it the 'for sale' banner? Maybe lots going on in the background, talking to potential suiters etc, but surely we are getting to the point where positive news must be released to appease the current shareholders and to encourage new potential shareholders that the price won't always simply spike and then fall back. Maybe then we can start some kind of sustained rise and build faith in the company. Apologies for winge, feeling frustrated as we all are. | fillupmaz
23/5/2019 12:29 | AB , has mining started?? | book5
23/5/2019 12:22 | I imagine that it's now warm enough for sun bathing Can someone please send a drone over? | cool hand kev
23/5/2019 12:19 | Has the mining started???? | book5
23/5/2019 12:13 | Off topic The Hydrogen revolution will reduce costs of upgrading and constructing electrical distribution networks Example : new hydrogen trains in Germany good for lines without electrical traction power | book5
23/5/2019 11:57 | Very disappointing share price performance says it all unfortunately. Company run like a private business with no shareholders. As I’ve said before time to ask the Board for some detail and a clear plan on progress at MT. So much for mining startup in first quarter 2020 as proposed last year. If we don’t get another washer soon at WK the Board will be looking to raise yet more money. Appalling. | haut brion 58
23/5/2019 11:45 | Given the number of times they've said mining is "imminent" at WK, it's highly unlikely that they would've let the big "we've started" announcement slip. They've clearly missed the start of the season and just don't want to say it. | abrahe00 |
