03/5/2019 19:24 | I've been watching for an age, and it has been painful to watch... The recent refinancing, new management, mine upgrades, rising copper price, and move to phase 3 higher grade material should yield profit. There is apparently a "global r and r upgrade" due in Q2 I believe, should be interesting. I bought a chunk at the placing price, and expect it to treble...but what happens after that will be news driven. | excellance
03/5/2019 19:16 | Rambler has been a long and painful journey but with the copper price firming and production stable they are in a good place. Was never going to set the world on fire | russiaguru
03/5/2019 17:56 | Re Eurasia, I have long ago come to the conclusion that while CS does give us detail about drilling results etc he is rather cagey about potential and always takes the cautious approach. It was therefore no surprise that grades at WK were higher than expected. The "nugget effect" may have been an imaginative excuse to explain but I think that is just the way he operates. Expect more at MT also. His vague opaque reports are that way for a reason, and it isn't to impress the plankton, remember that we don't really matter. We will likely see two significant upgrades very soon, and other corporate news. Enjoy. | excellance
03/5/2019 17:48 | Well, I'm delighted with my additional Eurasia shares bought today, in profit already! Even more delighted with the performance of rambler. I'd actually appreciate a critical analysis of rambler from the...critical ones among us, so please browse over their history and recent developments. I've created a new thread over there for that purpose. All welcome (nearly). | excellance

03/5/2019 14:57 | Abrahe, Makes little odds whether they do or don't many large companies walk if the exploration results don't match their expectations, its of little consequence to them. Miners are no different to large oil and gas companies. All you and the rest of the market is doing is counting your chickens long long before they've hatched. I'll take a closer look at them in a few years, perhaps by then they'll have a few reserves or a more sensible market valuation for a small explorer. Regards, Ed. | edgein
03/5/2019 14:53 | Ed Newmont had no skin in the game. They did not commit any funding and only agreed to do some drilling at EG. Anyhow, this is a discussion for another board. E. | abrahe00
03/5/2019 14:47 | Abra, For now they do, did they not have Newmont behind them at one time too when their cap was even more hyped up, that ended rather abruptly didn't it? £55m an awful lot for an explorer years away from reserves let alone production. I'm surprised with your attitude, not the attitude of a holder and EUA seems a little more confident with the Sinosteel relationship than you do. I would have that attitude towards GGP though as Newcrest could walk on the first assays, that's exploration for you, it'll be no skin off their nose if they do. Regards, Ed. | edgein
03/5/2019 14:32 | Tuesday morning... | excellance
03/5/2019 14:16 | Mining production will start this weekend , rns first thing Monday morning | book5
03/5/2019 13:34 | The bid appears to be firming up. 110k sold and 1.6m bought today, just as one would expect as we draw ever closer to this year's revenue stream. Could even start next week! | charles clore
03/5/2019 12:39 | Ah yes.. but GGP have Newcrest behind them with £65m committed over 7 years. They don't need to raise funds.EUA have an EPC contract that's not worth the paper it's written on because of all the caveats and they need to find $30m down the back of the sofa.... | abrahe00 |
