Indeed Holst, Champagne opened at HMRC.

Big divi payout coming; 3.2 cent for every share trading at 26 cent. Ex-divi 5/12/12. I may take January off work to spend it!

The expected above dividend then never happened. Still I am happy with my holding. Indeed, 'safe' ltv lusitano RMBS in ERII. Potential big payout at the end; remains good enough for me. No tax to HMRC till then is always a bonus!

Thought of this(I do not have any at the moment) when I read that Fitch has warned that proposed increases in Portuguese income taxes could push up arrears and defaults in Portuguese RMBS and Fitch cited Lusitano 4,5 and 6.
ERII should be ok as they have the earlier Lusitano ones with good LTV coverage.

Dividend of 2.6 cent imminent. I wanted to buy some more, but some of you were ahead of me today; the price has already jumped.

NAV = 52c, with various assets in @ nil. Generating cash of 300k + per month, giving potential yield in excess of 10%.... High risk, but with liquids to be sold within 3 years, potential benefits from a court case + upside if collection issues, an interesting play...
