20/5/2015 06:36 | Have you got a link as i cant find one. | hibberts
19/5/2015 21:30 | Mastercard Send now live and links to Homesend. Some of the news mentions Homesend as linked. | p1nkfish
24/4/2015 08:34 | Lets hope he earns his 5k a week. | hibberts
23/4/2015 11:04 | Henderson % here ties up with yesterdays RNS so figures probably reliable. | p1nkfish
23/4/2015 10:58 | Glad to see Henderson add and guessed they might - post 440. Now, they either guide and assist subtley and/or they force change. Either way is good for shareholders med/long term. The shareholder rosta needs a serious update soon. The last time I looked it was massively out of date. This should be given attention as a priority so the market is made aware of the changes from the funding round too. | p1nkfish
22/4/2015 16:27 | Henderson Global Investors is the buyer of late and has announced buying over four million shares this week, good news as they now have 17.5 percent, but who was the seller ? | bolador
22/4/2015 15:29 | HEY HO we are up 2p on the big seller having finished apparently. | bolador
20/4/2015 20:50 | The large shareholders not too impressed too looking at the ski slope. | p1nkfish
20/4/2015 18:22 | Esgs investor list on website is out of date. They need to address and handle ir relations better, that's for sure. Some bunny was certainly not happy. Would have been best if tbere was some controled tranfer of shares. Perhaps Henderson picked them up. The no vote on director remuneration was a sign of less than happy large holders. Hope this new exec chairman can drum up some support. | p1nkfish

20/4/2015 16:34 | They should declare. I want to know who picked them up.Might be the final flush out. | p1nkfish
20/4/2015 15:22 | Well, the endless massive sales of stock continue after brief lull, the odd thing is nobody posts a reduced holding as per the rules in this size. So where is the stock coming from ? I suppose a big institution with a holding in different pockets does not need to declare but it would b so nice to know what on earth is going on. The trades are being done at 12.5 p but the quote is still 14 to a half, odderand odder. | bolador
20/4/2015 13:13 | p1nkfish - The value of Eserv's shareholding in Homesend depends in how weak or strong a position they are in. If MasterCard know Eserv are in dire straits then Homesend isn't worth much as MasterCard have the best hand to play. | she-ra
20/4/2015 12:53 | Someone just sold 9 million shares at 12.5p | she-ra
20/4/2015 12:32 | wonder how much they would get for this if the for sale sign went up. appears they are now listening to shareholders, value extraction and management costs need to be #1 priority. | p1nkfish
13/4/2015 09:14 | bolador Thanks for your useful info. I find it very frustrating that esg haven't decided to hold their AGM in this country now that they have a british chairman I would like to quiz the directors. I was told by one of the directors that Homesend will be the jewels in the crown we will just have to wait and see. | hibberts
11/4/2015 22:07 | Anyone know where Paolo Montessori has gone to? Did he really resign or was he pushed? Will he remain on the Homesend board? - I guess not. Something doesn't smell right with the resignation, price action and price target downgrade give ESG state there are no material changes since the results. Something has certainly changed, just look at the drop in market cap. | p1nkfish
10/4/2015 07:57 | hibbert ok, this seems to be the situation in brief, The company broker wrote a comment on the AGM and refer to the December results. BUT they have not spoken to management since their last full research note. The twenty pence valuation is a sum of the parts calculation as figured by revised estimation without in depth review. As such there seems to be an error in that (as you pointed out) the 3.5 m to invested in Homesend is already in escrow from Mastercard and they do not seem to aware of this.Further the brokers have revised their EBITADA down for this year to the same as last year. They remain optimistic in the long term. The comment was made 24th March. | bolador
08/4/2015 10:51 | hibberts I am also speaking to the brokers, hopefully will post some info soon. If I cannot then something is wrong. Interesting. | bolador
08/4/2015 10:40 | I have spoken to the brokers and have emailed the investors relation at eserv but nobody can give me an answer which i find very strange,I have my on thoughts on this but will keep them to myself because i have no evidence. | hibberts
08/4/2015 10:30 | hibberts Thanks for that, it does not seem to have been a research note but I am looking into it further.Looks very odd considering the date 24th March. What bearish news has come out since the November note saying buy at 58p ! | bolador
08/4/2015 07:50 | hibberts I think Canaccord Genuity is the co broker, I have not seen the down grade. Can you give a broker name and date to the apparent down grade please ? | bolador
08/4/2015 06:27 | Why did the companies own broker downgrade the stock from 48p to 20p? | hibberts |
