|It is a worthless shell company with one of the worst bandits in the market in the background.
Google "knifton boiler room" for more detail on the 29% shareholder and loan supplier.|
|Relisted but not trading. What is going on here?|
|So Eruma is officially toast what about the other 195 PLCs with CCJ's against them? Who is next? http://bit.ly/16lQvLC|
|No more Money he he
Just what is deserved
You cannot keep going back to the well - It dries up
Last one out switch the lights off -
Oh sorry I didn't realise it had been cut off|
|Looking really grim. Sorry guys but this looks like the end I hope you have other gains elsewhere to write the loss off against.|
|For the BOD You SHOULD revisit.|
|Maybe they will revisit?|
|Loads. There must be something on the horizon, who would fund just directors salaries and staff? It's been good to see fingers in the NHS lighting dept.|
|If funding does come through, they simply MUST be optomomistic on future contracts coming through, to get it away. Optomism can of course be misplaced, but there must be some grounds for it. Otherwise, we'd be a gonner! As all keep saying it will only take a few big contract to get this flying, but they've sure been a long time in coming.|
|Today's RNS - funding due.
It will be interesting to see how much and at what price.|
|That's how I see it... or else he has had his pants pulled down alot more than me..
Best outcome... offer for Eruma.
Worst outcome... placing to pay off Ian Diery
expected outcome... financing deal or 200k outstanding to Erumais paid off.
|swizz i agree it could be good news. But I'm just trying to keep my feet on the ground. In the past suspensions have always brought be bad outcomes. I do agree w you though that Ian Diery would not have coughed up £100k for nothing. But on the other hand if they had good contract news they could just have announced that too, without suspension. So I dunno....Nothing I can do anyway. And its always risk/reward i suppose. Huge risk here, and possibly big reward...or total wipeout! We will see.|
|I would sense and hope for shareholders that it will be positive, ideally confirmation of secure funding and all being well a shake up of the team at the two trading divisions, there certainly appears to be some solid IP in the business, IMHO it just needs a bloody good shake up to get it going, the senior shareholder providing interest free (stock secured) loans in recent months, could indicate that he hopefully knows a lot more than the PI's ....GL S|
|Just thinking about the suspension, surly a major shareholder aka previous RNS of just 4 days ago would of known about this - good or bad...
Eruma plc, the AIM traded specialist provider of counter terrorism, intruder prevention and intelligent lighting solutions, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a further convertible loan agreement with Mr Ian Diery,
I dont think i would be lending anything to any friend if I knew they were about to go bust...however I might consider lending if they were about to make some money!
Just trying to Dig positives...|
|I notice that the company has not issued an announcement no doubt it will come after hours !!!!!|
|I admit suspensions are rarely good news. Lets hope this is the exception.|
|Hopefully not as long as it takes their sales team to respond to an email, which was sent 21st March and I am still waiting for a response!...GL if you hold, S|
|until they get a wonga loan|
|how temporary is temporary|
|Something on the way....|
