Are we likley to.get anything.back?? Only last week my cfds were.closed.out was fully paid up but said they decided zeto.value.can I challenge this if we realise value

Dear Equator Exploration Shareholder,

You are invited to attend a conference call. The purpose of the call is to update shareholders on operational activities.

Mr Olapade Durotoye will represent the Company.

We will use our usual successful format:

After introductions and an update from the Company, we will take questions from the leaders of the Shareholders Liaison Group. They will previously consult with interested shareholders to form a structured list of questions. We do this, firstly, to cover the ground in an efficient manner and, secondly, to reduce the background noise that would occur if we kept 50 or more lines open.

Towards the end of the 60 minute call, the floor will be opened so that anyone can ask any outstanding questions.

Just looking in for the first time in months. Nothing new then. However, the only way forward is via Mr K and the SLG. They are probably even more fed up than we are. Just support them in their endeavours. GLA.

Agree it is a charade but AGM and accounts are at least a bare minimum legal requirement.

Don't hold your breath for a cc, no doubt the weather in Lagos isn't quite right.

I'm still disgusted that the passing of the final final extension to the final final Peak deadline wasn't even raised or mentioned anywhere - total pathetic capitulation in our name..
