Jason,

Nothing to report at present with regards to Peak.

The main focus is the finalisation of EEZ Block 12 which will take place this coming Friday in Sao Tome.

The SLG team are undertaking a conference call with OER & Equator on Friday.

An update of the call will be posted on the BB.

The Bod and the SLG are currently in discussions and formulating another Nuke threat option as we speak so please all be ready to hold your noses to avoid dis comfort if the fart bomb is deployed ;)

whowants mr k and all , i think that is correct on the isa transfer at the moment there is no market for them so impossible to sell then buy back into your isa , if when we ever re list and we all want to do this you must know that if you sell then buy back into the isa you will have a reduced holding .

Fingers crossed we don't have to wait 2 years ?????

Can't see how you can put a stock into an ISA without a current market value. However, if it is possible I would also be interested.

I would imagine you are correct, as you say, a share has to be sold to be transferred.

I was told it is not possible to transfer EEL shares from my Market Master account into my ISA. EEL shares apparently need to be sold on the open Meerkat and bought back again within the ISA allowance. As there is no value and no market for EEL shares, the ISA transfer is not possible.

How ever I would be interested to hear if the info I was given, is wrong.

I'm thinking of putting my shares in an ISA just incase they are ever worth anything.
My broker needs info from Equator to be able to do this. Can you help?
