Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

Ediston Property Investment Company Limited (the "Company") has today published a supplementary prospectus approved by the UK Listing Authority. The publication of the supplementary prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Rules following the publication of the Company's interim report and condensed consolidated financial statements for the six month period ended 31 March 2016.

The supplementary prospectus is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the prospectus published by the Company on 23 June 2015 in relation to the proposals to issue up to 150 million new shares including an initial placing, offer for subscription and placing programme.
