02/12/2010 11:39 | Do I get the impression someone is talking to himself? | potem
02/12/2010 11:22 | Good morning Bluebelle. | ron atkinson
02/12/2010 11:22 | garth - 2 Dec'10 - 10:06 - 246 of 248 Garth Very briefly : 1. Much is depressingly similar but the difference is that there is the realistic possibility of a royalty revenue stream, from 2k, although that is not as large at the moment as many are assuming IMHO. 2. No, nothing ever came of the sub-companies, divisions etc. : whoever made money from them via their internecine consultancy companies etc. etc. it was not TDM/ENRT shareholders who funded them and ended up with much dilution and much debt. 3. MW is still around and even attended last years AGM although, as far as I'm aware, he never once recommended activating a stop loss all the way down from 190 to the point where the share price was suspended. Since then, until recently, it's been down hill all the way. 4. FWIW although I am benefiting from the current rise (I bought in at sub 2p earlier this year and am even looking at top slicing although will continue to ride the wave for as long as it continues) I am far from certain that it is based on solid foundations. It is essentially driven by PI buying albeit some fairly big ones and once penny shares start showing up on 'biggest riser' lists they can often generate their own momentum. The significant thing for me is that even though RBS was forced to sell by dear old Vince, no other institution has, as far as we know, taken up their shares even though they are a distressed seller. My view is that none will unless and until there are management changes. 5. Still speculative, IMHO, although slightly less than it was. A great missed opportunity which a better, marketing orientated, management would have capitalised on more successfully and more quickly when they had first mover advantage, which they've now lost. This summary bristles with lacunae not least concerning a shooting and a court case ! - but hopefully helps. | bluebelle
02/12/2010 11:14 | Hi Paul, yes, the patent can be used for everything and anything from surfboards to scaffolding boards! It is a patent on the "process" of converting waste plastic to useful items. If someone wants to make a toothbrush using waste plastic and using this process, then they need a licence from ENRT = $$$!! Hope that helps! Tim Very astute is Tim he is a good lad bless | 2jinxed
02/12/2010 11:00 | Well it will not be me, my holding isn't that big but a nice Christmas present at least! | perfect choice
02/12/2010 10:46 | Morning future millionaires. | tsk 1
02/12/2010 10:06 | Thought 3DM & PIM was dead and gone - hadn't realised they existed as ENRT. Last I read anything they were busy creating all sorts of seemingly bogus sub-companies and divisions (how many years back?) Did they ever come to anything? Would anyone care to fill me in on several missing years? Is Michael Walters still around the scene? Much appreciated if on this snowy day someone could.... G. | garth
02/12/2010 10:00 | jack horner - 2 Dec'10 - 09:24 - 240 of 241 Good morning Blue belle. Those sparkly Christmas lights may be worth buying! Good morning jack. When did I ever give bad advice on this thread ? !!! Morning Ron. Morning Hampster. Morning TSK. | bluebelle
02/12/2010 10:00 | Tkx phoenixs, I suspected so ... this means that relatively smal volumes will move the share price ... if most of the shares has been tucked away by long term holders. | buggy
02/12/2010 09:51 | buggy, I heard that RBS and Yorkville don't have any more stock. | phoenixs
02/12/2010 09:49 | Volume of shares traded is not really very great .... so must mean that RBS is out and most shares are now locked down by long term holders. | buggy
02/12/2010 09:29 | Building up a very nice profit here, keep going! | perfect choice
02/12/2010 09:24 | Good Morning. I see the share price breaks through to 4p and beyond. Good morning Blue belle. Those sparkly Christmas lights may be worth buying! | jack horner
02/12/2010 08:27 | Nice to see the thread back on topic. Sorry for the off topic. | ron atkinson
02/12/2010 08:24 | Glad we have got Europe covered. Must say I am surprised .. I previously , obviously wrongly, thought that we havea worldwide patent. Now that I have seen this announcement .. I note that there is no USA in the list of patents granted. I am sure, hopefully, that they have applied for USA patent. Eventually any product that have to make it must bmake it in USA at least until the Chinese starts to rule the world. | buggy
02/12/2010 08:22 | Further good news! Notice of intention to grant European Patent TIDMENRT RNS Number : 2158X Environmental Recycling Tech. PLC 02 December 2010 ? For Immediate Release 2 December 2010 Environmental Recycling Technologies plc ("ERT" or the "Group") Issuance of European Patent Environmental Recycling Technologies plc (AIM: ENRT), announces that is has received a notice of intention to grant (notice of allowance) of European Patent Application Number 02713536.7 entitled 'Process for Forming Plastic and for Forming Plastic and articles made therefrom. This patent is ERT's core patent in Europe for the Powder Impression Moulding (PIM) process which is a process capable of converting mixed waste plastics into a wide range of commercially viable products. ERT currently has core patents already granted in the UK, Australia, China, New Zealand, Canada, and Singapore ERT owns these patents, which are process patents, which are licensesed out to manufacturers of products who pay an upfront licence fee plus annual royalties based on production to ERT. ERT recently announced that 2K Manufacturing, a master licensee of the PIM process, has begun commercial production of EcoSheet, an environmentally sustainable alternative to plywood made from recycling waste plastics. This confirmed the commercial viability of the PIM Process in large scale manufacturing. Ken Brooks, Chairman of ERT plc commented: "There is a very large range of industry sectors and products for which PIM licences can be granted. The receipt of this notice will enhance our ability to grant licences and sub-licences internationally, an important part of our growth strategy." | doctorjohn

01/12/2010 20:26 | There is also the possibility they could be either. Not that I care much, as I am now up to my eyebrows in snow. | tsk 1
01/12/2010 17:05 | jack horner - 1 Dec'10 - 16:43 - 233 of 234 Are they buys or sells ?? Good afternoon jack. Almost certainly, I feel. | bluebelle
01/12/2010 16:50 | Morning Bluebelle, Ron, and Hammy in his absence. I agree; idle chat isn't very productive. But then neither is 2K at the moment. Maybe it's the weather. PS. 232 of 232: Twelve inches...or in terms of 2K's measuring stick, twelve months. That's also my estimate to worthwhile production levels on their sandwich maker. | tsk 1
01/12/2010 16:43 | Someone pulling out a plum? Are they buys or sells whiteBat?? | jack horner
01/12/2010 16:15 | Over five million shares traded on a non-news day. Something afoot? | whitebat

01/12/2010 14:40 | A lot less (well, none actually) idle chat on here today, which is nice. | ron atkinson |
