Results of Annual General Meeting and Board Update

Entu (UK) plc '(Entu'), the home improvement group providing energy efficiency products and services to homeowners in the UK, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

Entu also announces that David Forbes, Chairman of the Company, has given notice of his intention to step down from the Board to concentrate on his other business interests. A search has already commenced for his successor and a further announcement will be made in due course.
