12/6/2015 09:43 | Anyone know when the interims are due? Should be due out by now surely? | cfro
03/6/2015 16:45 | Good luck fizzy! I think we may seem some decent buying volume soon as I suspect a trading update is due. I note SFE seems to be pushing up nicely which bodes well for us and I think ENTU is a better more diversified business, not to mention better value. So I think a retest of the previous highs is on the cards soon and once it breaks that, much higher! | prita
03/6/2015 11:16 | 11.15am Wed and not one trade on LSE. All I want is a dip for a topup. | fizzypop

29/5/2015 07:50 | Yes, that looks like interesting news this morning Xena. I like the fact that Darren is staying on to oversea growth and acquisitions. | cfro
29/5/2015 07:27 | Looks like they're getting all their ducks lined up for potential acquisitions....... New CFO 1st June EGM 2nd June and the former CFO focussing soley on acquisitions and their integration "Entu (UK) plc ("entu", or the "Group"), the home improvement group providing energy efficiency products and services to homeowners in the UK, is pleased to announce the appointment of Geoff Stevens as Chief Financial Officer, effective from 1 June 2015. Darren Cornwall will remain on the Executive Board as Corporate Development Director from the same date, focussing on furthering the Group acquisition strategy and the critical area of the integration of acquired businesses, which have always been a major part of his role." | xenawarriorprincess
24/5/2015 12:39 | Thanks...good post | hazl
24/5/2015 11:52 | Potentially there could be dilution. But the upside would be that an acquisition could be earnings enhancing, and that present investors would own a smaller share of a larger whole. The company has said it intends to grow through acquisition, and that the market is presently fragmented. The recent Astley Facades acquisition cost £200K cash for a company at break even with a turnover of £12M pa. That was some deal, and there may be other larger companies out there which may be struggling with cash flow, but have good products and a skilled workforce, which would do a lot better inside a larger organisation. So overall I am not bothered about potential dilution. | xenawarriorprincess
24/5/2015 11:28 | Post 163 Will that dilute existing shareholders though XENA ? Genuine question.Considering a position here. | hazl
24/5/2015 10:40 | Entu on recruitment drive. | xenawarriorprincess
21/5/2015 08:28 | Good post Xena, great deduction. I think you could well be right. | cfro
21/5/2015 08:22 | SFE trading update today reads very positively. Bodes well for us here. | prita
16/5/2015 09:30 | It looks like the announcement of a GM to be held on 2nd June to issue new shares and disallow pre emption rights has been noticed by the market. These were to be put before the AGM in March but were withdrawn due to a typographical error. The company indicates that the directors desire the flexibility to issue new shares to finance acquisitions. Growth by acquisition is a stated objective of the company. Clearly they can't wait until the next AGM in March 2016, and the fairly short notice given for the GM (RNS'ed at 18.29 on 14th May) suggests that they may have a target (or targets) in mind, and can't hang around. The March acquisition of Astley Facades for £200k was an all cash affair, so it looks like any further planned acquisitions will be much larger. At year end, 30th October 2014 the company had £5.8m cash. The resolutions will enable much larger acquisitions to take place, in the £10m+ region, if the company so desires, and to use the flexibility granted by a market listing, IPO took place on 30th October 2014, to enable this to take place. This appears to be a company in a hurry. Will await developments with interest. | xenawarriorprincess
14/5/2015 16:49 | Took the plunge and bought at 132.5p this morning. Let's hope the rally back up continues! | aishahq
14/5/2015 16:07 | SP bouncing back strongly today, meaning any investors selling out last couple of days are now very likely regretting their decision. Markets and investors can be fickle at times. :-) | cfro

13/5/2015 19:14 | Well I picked a few more up today at 132.2 to go with the shares I purchased at 123 a couple of months ago. Also purchased Epwn the same week at 97 (very happy) and trifast at 98 (pretty happy). Fundamentals look great in this and didn't think I would get a drop to top up.... As has been said, patience is what is required. Good luck all | red_shed2000 |
