RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

The Company is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions proposed at the Annual General and Special Meeting of shareholders held on 30 September 2016 were approved. Proxies were validly received in respect of 345,041,187 common shares, representing approximately 80.37% of the outstanding common shares.
