It never stopped you spamming my XXIC thread though did it buystock? Its about time you went on all of the boards you spammed about EEE and publicly apologised for your ramping and the money and losses you must have brought upon inoccent readers.

I have read all the RNS since last 6 months and also some of them in the year 2009 ---- It appears that They have Top qualities properties in unique areas - for the reason it was 150-180p , before credit crunch. Since..they are not able sale at the invested price...they are holding up waiting mkt to recover. Given the mkt , they are currently running the office and few security guards with 20-30 staffs in Europe. Salary and maintenance cost is also low. So I cant see why they are main investor Azorim - Just pay some cost...to run by small funding...Surely attractive price no matter what is it.

If the punch-up has finished, could buystock (or someone) answer my question, a post on the Phoenix board mentioned Morris taking control by (inference) converting the loan stock.

I agree all this Co needs is someone to provide enough cash to see it through the next couple of years.

But I have seen enough offshore AIM property companies shafted by their managers, so I am trying to work out how this lot intend to do it! K.

maybe you should go to my xxic thread and appologise for spamming that to, theres no connection between it and this busted flush, trying to pretend there was was unwarranted and a very lowly thing to do.

Lets just hope no one followed you're spamming

Mr. Shaya Boymelgreen is a director of Engel and a director of Azorim as well. It is of his interest to keep floating...so naturally as per AIM rule, he has to publish...Issue is old and potential is very very high 15-20 times. downside may be 15-20%. As happens to any AIM stocks on this situation look at MNR , THG, XXIC, KDDG ...ther all have survived and trading with recent finance. I am strong believer of it, as my wife is from Czech, we know EEE's portfolio.

Buystock;

I see you have much more info on your new thread "Phoenix Rising", you have obviously done a lot of research on this company
One of my concerns is the loan stock which seems to be convertible to shares, do you know what the dilution would be? I can't access the last accounts as I can't get the links to work on the EEE web site. (Also the website shows no very large share-holders so I guess it hasn't been maintained for a while). K

I didnt expect this after yesterdays rise - not a holder, I sold at about 8p and have become quite risk averse. If it drops or rises I wont buy.
