The more i look at this the cheaper it appears, as you say chrisis33 factor in the net assets and these are worth £2 today imv.

Great "news" is the price they are able to buy them back at ... more bang for the buck.

Looks as cheap as chips when future profits could be nearing 750k.

235k at 42.5p - Nearly 9% at a massive discount - The call option was agreed last April - hence the massive discount to the current price!

MC now only £3.2m - Cash on balance sheet and PBT 200k in 1H

Positive outlook and established business in the recovering property and commercial property markets.

That's a big plus - capped at around 3mill this could get interesting.

Don't know much about the connection with Elsina but it's surely good news for remain shares in circulation.

Share Buy-Back

The Company announces that it has initiated the buy-back of 235,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares") from Elsina Limited at a price of 42.5 pence per Share. Once the buy-back is complete it is expected these Shares will immediately be cancelled. A further announcement will be made once the buy-back is complete.

Following the completion of this buy-back Elsina Limited will not hold any Shares. The Company holds no further option to buy-back its own Shares.

Hi sailing john good to see your onboard, just got home to see my order was placed so off to a flyer. Thanks to chrisis33 for highlighting. Could run to £2 very easily.

Thanks AdamB1978 for highlighting this. A great pick IMO. I liked your analysis on the CRAW thread, and watch out for your posts.

I wish I'd spotted this a few months back - but was happy to buy at 105p. The mark up is also possibly to do with the director tucking a few away yesterday. Stick it on the watchlist :)

Do like the look of this chrisis33 but on trying to buy this morning they marked up the bid to 105 and on further approaches they marked the offer to 115 and at present they won't even sell 2500 for 117p so giving it a miss for now, though it does look good for current holders. Will revisit if i'm given the chance to buy in size. GLA.

Bought here today - and good to see a director popping some into his pension. I like the buy-backs and the cash generation of the business.

Positive half year report with operating profits of 230k. Company made 100k in first quarter and 130k in second so improving trend maintained. Reasonable for 3m market cap.

Going well for the nephews and nieces fund. Assume buy back is done, trading continues well and give it a P/E of just 8 and we get to 160p by my calcs.

Lots of assumptions but plenty to play for still...

Quite interesting for a microcap portfolio, non?

I wonder if they can do £500k+ pretax this year given that statement. Assuming they buy back the rest of the Elsina shares this will look pretty cheap, non? Only 2.3m shares left if they do that gives mcap of just £2m at 90p.

P/E then would be just about 5, very low price/sales etc....

I wonder what they do!
