from memory, eam used to be a stock with the capacity to rise very quickly. Very illiquid. It could do 200% in a day I think. that's why it has a wide spread during periods of inactivity.

seems the merge with pulse 24 should be completed by the end of q4 2009, which is now. could news about that be released soon??

Yesterday the MMs yesterday were letting you sell 1 million shares online! But only allowing you a 10,000 buy online at a pemium of 0.23p.

Wednesday you could only sell 50,000 online and buy as many as you liked.

Just hints that the MMs are gearing up for something to happen.

I hope you are right, for my sake as well as yours.

There shouldn't be any cash burn. The money should be in a secure account gaining interest. That's what CRK did for two years but had to return the money earlier this year because no suitable opportunites presented themselves.

Anyway, I wouldn't put money into this company that you might need within twelve months but that's up to you. Unfortunately I still have all my original holding and I am sitting on a substantial loss so I might as well stay aboard for the ride. I just don't think it will be a short one.

Hi Diamond, company can't wait for long because of cash burn.

They have to act quick to maximise the amount they have for an acquisition.

Your board is seeking out suitable acquisitions and meanwhile is endeavouring to
keep costs to a minimum and to conserve cash.

From March rns..

harmoye,

I accept your point about cash strapped companies. That's why this company is where it is in the first place. However, you must appreciate that this recession has a long way yet to run and there may be better opportunities a year or more from now. I M H O only of course.

Don't know if this is relevant, just put in a dummy sell online of 500,000 and they are allowing the trade at 0.16p !...check it out.

Something funny going on, may just buy a few more.

This rns was issued on the 31/3/2009 just 4 weeks ago...

harmoye,

CRK was a shell company looking for a target. After two years they returned cash to shareholders. We may have a long wait in this environment.

Me the same reba, some good ones some not so good.

I like the cash shells like this one.

The company is actively looking for an acquisition as stated in March rns.

When news comes out, which must be due fairly soon, the share price will fly.
