Receipt of Final Payment on Kingswood Sale

Energiser Investments plc is pleased to confirm that, further to its announcement of 20 April 2017, a payment of GBP678,233 has been received following the sale of the final unit at the Kingswood Park property development. A further balance of GBP7,350 is expected to be received in due course subject to any outstanding costs relating to the final unit. The funds have been used to repay GBP675,000 of the outstanding loan from Drayton Garden Village Limited to the Group. The receipt of these funds has further strengthened the balance sheet of the Group as it negotiates its next investment.

Energiser is negotiating terms on two potential investments in the serviced-apartment and self-storage sectors and will provide an update in due course.
