09/1/2012 08:59 | oilretire, My EO. shares have also disappeared from my Selftrade account. I rang them and was told that the PMO equivalent shares will be credited on 17th January. c | crosseyed
08/1/2012 05:57 | Although i-dealing did not give me the chance to vote on the SoA (unless I paid a supplementary charge) they have offered me the choice of cash or shares, until CoB on the 8th. I opted for PMO shares but I've still been able to sell the EO. shares if desired. | steve73
07/1/2012 19:26 | golcheja, Nope, its a done deal at the prices set. As it happens, those who did not like the 70p cash offer have had atleast 3 opportunities to sell Encore near 80p if they wanted. I will settle for steady growth at PMO backed by increasing cashflow. oilretire, Mine too, but that is because I opted for the share option. How about those who didn't? Have they taken your shares from the account already for the 70p cash you will get? Cash | cashandcard
07/1/2012 17:35 | Despite "with the last day of dealing in EnCore being 12th January 2012" my shares have disappeared out of my account. Anyone else noticed that? Not that it matters as I've elected to take PMO paper | oilretire

04/1/2012 18:36 | Good close on both shares. EO moving further from 70 pence cash which means the take up of shares will be much nearer to the maximum of upto 65.2million. Should PMO rally to £3.871 the EO price would be 80pence.With bigger volume in both today I am wondering if the Institutions back from holiday are adding to their holdings in front of a done deal and PMO analyst update 19th JANUARY. dyor | vraic
04/1/2012 15:14 | Indeed, I had a call from PMO today as well asking the same. Already advised brokers to take the PMO scrip alternative rather than the cash so the call was rather short. | fangorn2
04/1/2012 14:51 | I have just had a call asking if I was converting EO. to PMO, and would I contact my brokers to make sure this was done. LOL | poppet123
04/1/2012 12:04 | Little on the lively side today, following PMO I suppose, but just what is going down? | wrightey
03/1/2012 18:32 | lostit Yes had a call near to 5 pm just before the holiday.I answered that was taking the share alternative by doing this there is no CGTax to pay till I sell PMO shares. This way I manage my tax efficiently. PMO listed FTSE 250 company , highly regarded with big analyst update due 19th January just after EO take out which is Monday 16 Janaury. | vraic
