Heavy trading today and quite a recovery later on but somebody
probably a ex director selling 100,000 @10p is worrying and
probably indicates we are not quite at the bottom?

No mate sorry i cannot shed any light as to what this means in laymen terms I've emailed the company,i'll post any reply i get......My "guess" would be a change in how they record their accounts.....

I guess its a revision down of £484k? ie stated profits (or if there was a loss) needs a big fat -£484k added to it?

Trading Update and Restatement of 2013 Revenue

The Board of Enables IT, a leading provider of cloud computing, managed and
professional services, is pleased to announce that trading remains in line with
market expectations and that the momentum described in the Company's interim
results as announced on 17 June 2014 has continued. The Board remain encouraged
by the shifting market dynamics towards cloud-based IT services in the US and
UK.

Following a review of its accounting systems, the Company has become aware of
an amendment of GBP484,000 that is required to be made to both consolidated
revenues and costs of sales for the year ended 30 September 2013. There is no
further impact on the Company's financial statements and will be reflected as a
restatement of the comparative in the Company's next financial results.

The Company looks forward to updating investors post the Company's year-end 30
September 2014.

Sweepie2 the shares are being dumped by the ex director (partner) who recently left. Maybe he has a grievance/bad feelings and sees this as a way of hurting the company ? If that's the case. It's terrible, as Michael Wallis CEO is doing his utmost to make this a successful going concern.

Yes didn't buy as with that sell it looks like certain people familiar with the company think its going lower back on the watch list, just more wary after the disaster of PC Medics
