Hi everybody, hope everyone is well.

A chance to get in at the bottom of another one of Ian Smiths ventures CTP that he said he aims to replicate the Accumuli model. he also goes as far as to mention a smaller version of Capita.

www.mxccapital.com/investments/

Smith and Weaver have begun growing their new venture which they heavily invested their own cash and in fact own 26% of the shares. It is at the very early stages but has begun with an acquisition to add to its small but growing portfolio on companies. They are quoted stating they intend on turning it into a medium sized company with up to 9 quick fire acquisitions planned and the first one (Montal) has already been completed.

They plan to create a mini Capita and Capita as you know is a mega monster FTSE100 company.

Smith's quotes

Worth spending 30 minutes to have a look and see if it fits your criteria for investing. .

The Surrey-based firm, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange's AIM sub-market, saw revenue for the six months to 31 March increase by a third year on year to £3.6m.
Chief executive Michael Walliss said:
During H1 Enables completed the integration of two acquisitions: US outfit Know Technology, and London-based The Support Force Group. The company won new custom in markets such as legal services, today's announcement claims, and Walliss believes it is in a good position on both sides of the Atlantic to capitalise on the growth of cloud computing.
"The group continues to see significant opportunities in the fragmented marketplace as corporates look to cloud-based solutions," he said. "Growing acceptance of hosted solutions and a shift of expenditure from capex to opex mean the market trend continues to be positive.
"With its platform and product, Enables IT remains well placed to capture the opportunity, and has continued to make significant investment in the group's infrastructure, including both the UK and US datacentres to manage the growth potential."
