TS I think you are right re the RNS. The MMs don't know what will happen as much as anyone here. Given the balance of probabilites they could well be selling these on for a 100% gain on Monday morning, so its worth them exploiting any sign of weakness to accumulate some on the cheap.

A share doesn't drop 9% on no news unless it's organised selling / shorting.

A lot of sells marked as buys today as well.

Unlikely to be a leak with the low volumes and the low number of trades across the JV partners over the last few days - probably a few de-risking due the perceived delay in the news.
At this price very little is now priced in for Dempsey, even if next zone is not commercial, we should be aware there will still be other zones to target. That said, if the next news is again a "not commercial" statement then this will likely fall to much lower levels. This is the nature of the AIM beast!

Confidence seems to have been eroded quite substantially by that RNS and the share price is falling in unison. Testing the poor zones first was perhaps not a very good idea. I wonder if Malcy managed to locate TK to get a better perspective, another bad result could see this fall back to 10p.
