15/11/2017 10:37 | Gone green.hopefully moving up now. | blocker2
15/11/2017 10:24 | Should start to move up soon. Lots of decent buys going though. | niceyman1
15/11/2017 09:31 | Yes TDD (II) the same, people at the moment are a little nervous of paying 18.375p just in case it's too expensive, and are fully loaded, so a slight standoff for now,we need a hint of news I suspect, albeit, with all the good posts about the progress, and reality of where we are at should not deter, but as I topped up yesterday,I am fine for now. TDD, are in no hurry to drop the 18.375p to chase buys it seems for now..gl mate | abergele
15/11/2017 09:11 | An early bit of froth bites the dust at 18.1.p | bishopawn
15/11/2017 09:01 | I get 18.075 sell 100k, and 18.40 buy 100k I would guess they have a buy order in | currypasty
15/11/2017 08:51 | Morning Curry, Yes we do, The m/m's certainly had me confused as to those dozen or so early trades we were showing blue, yet trades showed up as sells, then again,my buys and sells were equal at 18.275p for a spell..strange | abergele
15/11/2017 08:27 | we have some catching up to do! | currypasty
15/11/2017 08:13 | Just done a dummy buy/sell, and the prices were exactly the same those 4 x 25k were a buy at that moment, then 18.175,,now 18.2p,,very tight and strange | abergele
15/11/2017 07:58 | Morning Stewart - I seemed to recall there were two thin zones above TD before X1 to X4 - or did we just test the top of those two. Sorry I'll check the map again later when I'm back. I have no problem with being wrong on this ? | terry hardacre
15/11/2017 07:54 | Dempsey is producing but not producing enough as yet to make it financially viable. But if the rest of the perforations also produce at non-commercial rates and are put on flow anyway - between the lot of them we will have a commercially successful well. | harrissen
15/11/2017 07:49 | it was a very shallow sand hence not commercial | d1nga
15/11/2017 07:43 | Sub-commercial flow from a reservoir with poor characteristics is what we are looking at here. In a nutshell, the cause of the sub commercial production of clean dry gas is the poor characteristics of the reservoir. If we have clean dry gas we can eliminate sand leakage and water intrusion in to the flow - so what 'poor characteristics' are left to cause the non commercial flow? The gas produced to date is of the highest quality so is Porosity/Permeabilit | harrissen
15/11/2017 07:33 | Morning Terry, Why do you speculate the next zone may be similar, is it not one of the deeps X4, although not easy to tell on the map Cheers | stewart4800
15/11/2017 07:24 | It’s not fair as I am already maxed out. Fully loaded and ready to rumble. Still must not be too greedy. Standing firm is almost as good as adding more. Good luck and well done to those who have added at these silly prices. It won’t be long imho till the Dempsey flow. And then China and Duyung will start to wake up. Lots to look forward too here. Feel like a kid waiting for my Birthday to come. | starzerus
15/11/2017 07:11 | It's amazing how the market sometimes isn't able to react intelligently to news; yesterday was a prime example of MMs getting away with marking a price down and encouraging panic because of one or two words taken out of context in an RNS. 'Sub commercial' was allowed to eclipse 'clean', 'dry', 'flowed', and from a 'reservoir with poor characteristics'.It really was an opportunity to buy discounted shares on what in reality was very encouraging news. If the next thin zone also flows clean, dry, gas at a sub-commercial rate, I look forward to maxing out at the last bargain price you'll get here. | terry hardacre
15/11/2017 06:50 | IG shows Sacgasco up 14.81% | the guardian
15/11/2017 06:31 | Harrissen Our Dempsey well went to nearly 3000m because at the lower depths were the identified “big gas targets” - all the stuff above 2000 m was effectively exploited at our location over a 50 year period, so to make it a game changer it needed to go deep. The Tulainyo 2 well is in a different area and the identified targets are less than 2000m - they are still using similar techniques to our Dempsey well - stepped casing, oil mud etc. If we flow the deeps that will derisk Tulainyo 2. By the time the Tulainyo 2 is at target depth ( not spudded yet but soon) then I would have thought our well would have long finished its flow testing - I believe that if we get a commercial flow it will be hooked into the sales line immediately and the testing will then stop. This may happen soon if the next zone flows well. GLA. | kevjames
15/11/2017 05:37 | Conflicting views here. MAGNUM report favours shallow drilling for best commercial results at the Dempsey high pressure Tulainyo-2 well. While EME have gone for the deep drill approach. EME deep drill is less that satisfactory so far so if MAGNUM are commercially successful in the shallow drill flow test it will give EME new hope of success in the planned perforations all the way up into the shallow drill region as well. | harrissen
15/11/2017 05:09 | SGC up 12% was higher almost back where it was before yesterday's rns. Could be that this is the last opportunity to buy EME at this price . | wayney
15/11/2017 01:10 | An eventful day made worse by the continued meteoric rise of a holding I sold to increase my holding here....just on a point of order who is this exceedingly average poster FSAwatcher he can not even write english and is totally iliterate. The standard of the posters on ADVFN continues to decline to the extent its like a bunch of gangsters throwing bricks at each other it is truely pathetic. Advfn have totally lost the bill board to a pack of hyennas which is why I would never buy Advfn shares again. Quite sad really, whether EME goes up or down. | seagreen
14/11/2017 23:40 | A nice piece from you Tarz, to end the day,,,bodes well for tomorrow in my book, Sleep well all. "and don't forget to be here twice as early tomorrow.". well it is getting nearer to Xmas,so a piece of dialogue from Scrooge can't be bad gla | abergele
14/11/2017 23:23 | This was from John Begg on PCL "This has been a very ambitious well with numerous gas reservoir targets to evaluate. The fact we got a clean, natural gas flow to surface from this thin bottom zone that didn’t exhibit clear reservoir properties on wireline logs and after drilling it with heavy weight mud is, frankly, encouraging. We are looking forward to the next stage of testing”. | starzerus
14/11/2017 23:16 | I have caught up on all todays chat, and from 17.10pm.,from post 12522 to now, I have posted tickups,as the best of chat today. Lets hope more sense prevails tomorrow, gla lth's | abergele
14/11/2017 22:49 | sparrow, the issue is what's happening in the well casing. If you had 2 zones with very different pressures, the zone with the higher pressure would effectively close down the zone with the lower pressure - that's why you might need to go for a dual completion. | thegreatgeraldo |
