26/10/2017 21:56 | News must be close. This from 19th Oct...1 week back. " Empyrean CEO Tom Kelly commented, "Empyrean is delighted that most of the preparations are now complete and that testing at the Dempsey 1-15 well is to commence shortly. " | rutter
26/10/2017 21:42 | Brimsley If that is from the latest issue, it really doesn’t add anything. The last EME RNS comfirmed that a successful work over was carried out at a nearby well. It also stated the Paul Graham rig was on site and they were moving in associated equipment. Peter is simply reiterating what is already known. Almost certainly they will be flow testing in the first week of November- but could be sooner :-) I see the SGC Website now proclaims “testing at Dempsey” on it’s home page. | kevjames
26/10/2017 20:10 | Buy the report before making wild accusations here is a teaser Partners in the Sacramento Basin gas exploration JV should be flow testing the Dempsey gas discovery well in Northern California in the first week of November ‘17. Equipment, including a massive 10,000 psi blowout preventer is rigging up on site after a successful work-over of a shallow gas zone in a nearby well that had been shut in with a subcommercial gas flow. A new perforation zone was put in place at the well, lifting gas flow above commercial rates and adding to the project’s current gas production and cash flow Issue 39 Vol 14 25 Oct 2017 | brimsley

26/10/2017 15:09 | I feel quite confident that the gas will be flowing in commercial quantities. The big problem is the risks associated with the high pressure and for me, the rig team can take all the time they want as long as they get the gas to surface safely. With my history on shares, the perforating gun is likely to trigger the San Andreas fault and a tsunami. Whatever is happening, it's a tight hole. I thought that we may have either heard a rumour or seen tell tale buying or selling but nothing as yet. Fingers and toes crossed for a great outcome. | the guardian
