Empyrean completes £640,500 Placement



Empyrean Energy plc ("Empyrean" or the "Company"), the oil and gas development company with interests in China, Indonesia and the United States, advises that it has placed 14,233,334 new ordinary shares in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.5p per New Ordinary Share (the "Placing Price") to raise £640,500 (before costs) ("the Placing"). Subscribers to the Placing will also receive 1 warrant exercisable at 9p each for every New Ordinary Share (the "Warrants"). The Warrants have a 2 year term from the date of issue. The Placing is being completed under the Company's existing authorities and is not subject to the approval of shareholders.

I would have thought the loan note holder would be converting the last of theirs soon... probably already pre-sold the shares.. Clear them out would be good, imo

Admission is expected to take place on 14 April 2022. The Warrant Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares on issue.

As ever, you get things wrong. It’s probably a bit late to gain any respect here, so no point playing to the audience.

I imagine I have been in EME for longer than you. Probably far longer.

My first sentence/paragraph was a genuine expression of celebration.

I imagine it’s hard for you to understand than one can be negative on an issue but still consider the company to be a good risk-reward.

My second paragraph was a genuine question, as I had always assumed Gaz took the money.

I have never said one negative word on the asset. Having just re-read the RNS, I was surprised I had forgotten his company was called Topaz Energy

EDIT “Particularly unpleasant person”.

Me?! Those who have been around for a lot longer than you know differently.
