Presumably it is the IPO prospectus which might be being prepared at present for issue post GSA signatures, as they will hope to get the IPO away with great market fanfare at the highest price possible. The cash might be used to buy out EME´s interest at some point, but it could easily go the other way to fund both development & production at a reduced interest say 51% during the economic life of the field until 2051. At the very least the IPO should enable the market to value EME´s interest in Mako.
The 2c number of 419Bcf ( 100 % ) on the site for Conrad only seems to have increased greatly compared to the last GCA figure in May 2020 which was 495Bcf for the entire resource. Conrad´s interest is 76.5%, so the field resource has increased to 547Bcf, which might take account of the greater areal extent of the gas reservoir. The GCA 3c high case figure in May 2020 of 817Bcf is likely to have increased also, though not stated.
Conrad has appointed a new Australian based company secretary with 20 years experience in the ASX including IPOs, so I assume that Conrad plan to get their IPO away in Apr/ May 2022.

I don't use them any more but Barclays/Smart Investor offer it as an online system. Worked very well when I used it.

Cool and Bob - I've just called II funnily enough. As a gesture of goodwill they've said they will complete my B&I by close of business. Get on the phone chaos and ask whoever you speak to to speak to their global trading team as you will be fobbed off otherwise
