06/4/2022 12:45 | We have 1 tug boat [681] and a general support boat [HUA HU]. | jamesiebabie
06/4/2022 12:45 | I put my bed & isa instructions in at 6.50 this morning, they've just gone through now which I think is mucnh quicker than last year. The spread was 0.04p for EME and 0.0015p for Coro, so cost about £40'ish each in total. Quite happy with that! | lazarus2010
06/4/2022 12:40 | Taken from DougB on lse - NH 9 not yet on the move & over the last 36hrs 2 support vessels were laid off c.2km away but now the 2 support vessels are lined up c.500m in front of it, in the direction of travel towards the Jade. Wave heights also looking good. Suspect as bigbell says that an RNS (or two) might drop v.soon. | blakieboy7
06/4/2022 12:34 | Anyone up to date with the sea conditions in the SCS...GLA | bskiny1
06/4/2022 11:31 | That's the price I got curry. A little bigger spread than normal when doing it. | dodgydd
06/4/2022 10:57 | Thanks, I'm sure I will reap the rewards in the future... | man1
06/4/2022 10:44 | Man1 & Donald - less shares, but the same value. | soggy
06/4/2022 10:43 | Man1 I'm with II and last year it took a few days for them to process, probably because of the volume of transactions at this time. At the end of the day it gets sold and bought back pretty well at the same time so all you're losing is the spread. But you don't pay comission on the sell, if my memory serves me correctly. So I was pretty sure that it would have cost me more to do it manually as they did it at better prices than were quoted at the time. I checked. If the stock has risen by the time they process it you're not losing any more than if it happened now, just the spread, but you'll be paying that little bit of tax (if you are liable for tax) on the increase in profits between now and the day they do the transfer. As it happens, I've got some tax credits so I won't be too fussed at that. And with the stonking rerating we expect to see here, all that matters is getting it in the ISA asap. | soggy
06/4/2022 10:39 | That is correct, higher the price, the less shares | the donald
06/4/2022 10:33 | I'm with ii and just done a bed isa , my only concern is the out of time it takes, which you have no control over . So I presume they do it at the prevailing proces on the day . Therefore if stock goes up you get less in your Isa . Or am I wrong .? | man1
06/4/2022 10:15 | is the rig moving yet? Getting exciting :) | upwego
06/4/2022 09:34 | Laz I'm with II - just actioned my B&I | blakieboy7
06/4/2022 09:26 | Jeez I need a new broker....taking ages to open this years ISA. Apparently could be as late as Friday! | t350toad
06/4/2022 08:56 | anybody using ii...they have a bed and isa option, you just select your accounts and shares (cash or number) and hit return and they do it all, might take some time as they will have 1000s to do, but there is a spread and you only get charged the fee on the buy back... -------------------- You are asking us to carry out your instructions at Market Best price. Shares/units bought back: We will buy back fewer shares in your ISA than you originally held in your Trading Account due to the bid offer spread and stamp duty if applicable. Time: Your bed & ISA instructions will be carried out a soon as practicable. Due to increased volumes at the start of the new tax year, these may take longer than usual to process. Once submitted your order will not be visible on your account. If you have submitted a request there is no requirement to repeat this stage. Cost: Online commission will be charged on the repurchase as well as any relevant government & exchange charges such as stamp duty - see our rates & charges for further information. Selling existing investments may incur a Capital Gains charge (any gains may be covered by your Annual Exempt amount). | lazarus2010

06/4/2022 08:35 | Judi Check with your Broker he will be able to buy and sell for your ISA easily inside those spreads I know mine does on bed & isa you need a MM as they will have to handle both trades. | thetoonarmy2
06/4/2022 08:28 | Judi/curry trading now is 10.12 to sell 10.4 to buy ignore what MMs have at 9.8 to sell it's not happening at that and no one buying at 10.7 either here:) | thetoonarmy2
06/4/2022 08:19 | curry, That’s a big difference | judijudi
06/4/2022 08:17 | My ii is giving 10.1 - 10.4 for 100k the market makers are on 9.8 to 10.7 | currypasty
06/4/2022 08:14 | I can’t way it up either Could be very expensive to bed n isa with big spreads like this But then I don’t have level 2 to see what the real spread is | judijudi
06/4/2022 08:11 | well, this DMA doesnt benefit me... the spread is huge, my broker ii doesnt allow me to place my own trades in the system, and the price is all over the shop | currypasty
05/4/2022 22:16 | Feels like it's waiting for the next leg up to me. Good luck all! | smackeraim
