17/2/2022 09:23 | Oh, the 'imho' related to the whole of that statement not just the expectation of the funds being refunded?I would always be wary of something a CEO might have intimated but isn't prepared to state formally....imho;-) | begorrah88
17/2/2022 09:19 | beg...note the 'just imho'...clearly I make the point that this interpretation is just that. Others on here make assumptions and portray them as facts. No 'imo', no caveats etc. | lazarus2010
17/2/2022 09:17 | Laz,Talking about people posting things without anything to back them up......'The money was paid into the wrong account due to the bank or COSL themselves being at fault, and therefore the money, if not recovered, will be refunded...just imho.'You got anything to back that up? It definitely doesn't say that in any of the formal statements made to the market & that would afford some comfort if it has been confirmed by EME formally that either the bank or COSL were at fault. | begorrah88
17/2/2022 09:07 | I'm afraid you're not allowed to mention the war or anything negative. It's better to stick to "filled to spill" and the classic "Duyung news anyday soon now". That's been OK for the last two or three years. It's also good to quote a mate from a golf course in Singapore. Anywho. The cyber fraud is US$1.98 million. That's "a 10% deposit (US$1.23m) on the dry hole cost component of the Integrated Drilling Contract ("IDC") signed with COSL plus mobilisation costs (US$0.75m)". The company has not stated in a RNS that it has sent a second sum of money as replacement. Posters are concentrating their energy on plotting the movements of every Sampan in the China sea. Be careful. | helpfull

17/2/2022 09:05 | DiaryBeach, everybody is entitled to their views (yes begorrah, they are ;-0) however a personal view without anything to back it up is worthless and can be intended to promote or demote the share price It seems in your case you have come on here with negative posts based on your opinion and so called experience. There are others on here who can prove their experience and have a different view from yourself. The money was paid into the wrong account due to the bank or COSL themselves being at fault, and therefore the money, if not recovered, will be refunded...just imho. In the big picture, if the money is lost, it will not stop the drill bit from spinning, we have the weather to thank for that! It will be an inconvenience and could mean more funds need to be raised, which is also the case if h-cs are proven and we need another $6-7mln to test the well, so what's another c. $1.6mln on top of that, it's not been a deal breaker thus far (unless COSL are manufacturing bad weather until EME cough up the deposit!?) So now you have made your comment, and received a response, probably doesn't need any further discussion. It's out there in the RNs and will be reported on officially in due course. Moving on...sp trying to head north again but pegged back by some sells, eventually this will break if no actual news before then and we should see a move to the upside...or downside ;-) | lazarus2010

17/2/2022 08:02 | Don't forget most of the nudge, nudge comms were to encourage the warrants to be taken up. Just like the 'news could drop at any time' statement. | begorrah88

17/2/2022 07:25 | A few hours above Jade is not the few days that’s required for the job imho | judijudi
17/2/2022 07:25 | WHL2 - they needed 3-4 days as per the RNS; this was a shortened period. | jamesiebabie

17/2/2022 07:09 | JB - maybe the survey work carried out over the past couple of days is sufficient to obtain/finalise the permits. | whoneedslottery2
17/2/2022 06:02 | Technically your bull breakout will be above long term monthly cloud at 16p+. Success at Jade and or progress at Duyung POD both have potential to drive bull breakout hence why I am buying under 20p as 20%+ above a cloud top is sufficient distance away for fresh volume to drive your superboom | noobiedoobie |
