If Jade is at position 20.50N 115.75E (as from the Block data recently provided ) then the vessel HAI YANG SHI YOU 721 - defined as a research /survey vessel is reported at 20.59N 115 79E as indicated from by the AIS data in JB's post 44985. This would imply that this vessel is currently sailing around Jade. Lets see how long it stays in this area for.

B1 - Jamie provided the co-ordinates! Look at the screenshot of the track; the latest co-ords are shown at the top left. Where do those co-ords take you? Oh, above Jade?

That's what the chart showed. To be fair Jamie provided a direction of travel and never actually said Jade was being surveyed. The Latitude was way off Jade mark.
