EMT may well be the best-performing share on all of AIM so far this year. Well done to all those EMT investors who were knowledgeable, confident and nimble enough to make some great money on this one in the past few days ;-)" Skier100 7 Apr'14 - 09:04 - 56 of 120 0 0 "A 29-bagger in 4 months ;-)" Skier100 7 Apr'14 - 09:32 - 60 of 120 0 0 "It is rising faster han I can type, lol. 29/6/2014 23:44 | This is beginning to look like a completely failed P&D. One has to wonder if any unconnected party has made a trade at all? They took to price up to such an extreme level that they even put off the most muggish punters out there. | hpcg
17/6/2014 17:38 | Todays RNS The Company announces the issue of shares worth £670k to repay a £2k loan note holder (nominee holder for Leo Knifton?). £62k notes still left to convert on the same basis. | bam bam rubble
23/5/2014 11:03 | What a con Emmit plc ("the Company" or "Emmit") Convertible Loan Conversion and Issue of Equity The Company received a notification from a holder of a Convertible Loan Note ("CLN") that he wished to convert £1,500 of CLN into ordinary shares of the Company. The CLN converts into shares at a price of 0.5 pence per ordinary share. As a result of the conversion the Company will issue 300,000 new ordinary shares. The 300,000 new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares. Application will be made for the 300,000 ordinary shares to be traded on AIM. Admission to AIM of the 300,000 shares is expected to occur on or around 30 May 2014. | stockonomist
01/5/2014 15:06 | At least the 3 mm's will take 1500 NMS here that conversion seller should be able to still make a killing although each time they sell 1500 it will wipe 10-20p from the price but even 50p is a 100 bagger. | 21trader
01/5/2014 12:43 | There's your RNS. Conversion of loan notes at -99.8% discount to market price. | bam bam rubble
28/4/2014 19:57 | Trading volumes in EMT today were huge and set new records. About 50 times above the daily average. It would not be a surprise to see an RNS in the next few days. | skier100
28/4/2014 12:21 | Up +28% this morning. EMT now an 11-bagger in a month... | skier100
22/4/2014 16:46 | Up +31% today. EMT is a minimum 3-bagger or 7-bagger for almost everyone who bought in March. Will be interesting to see if an RNS pops out tomorrow. | skier100
14/4/2014 19:38 | It looks, tentatively, like EMT's recent rise may well be the fastest 50-bagger in the entire history of AIM. There are plenty of 50-baggers, but few that grew so quickly (less than 4 months). | skier100

07/4/2014 17:17 | Why hasn't he been permanently locked up and barred from being involved in AIM stocks ? Do the FCA live by the adage ' never try to catch a falling knifton ' ho ho ho | stockonomist
07/4/2014 16:37 | Leo Knifton eh? Had a punt on one of his stocks a few years ago. Once bitten, twice shy. | wiganer

07/4/2014 15:38 | I have noticed skier100 around some of the less salubrious stocks which require funding so I conclude he is a paid bucket shop ramper. | stockonomist
07/4/2014 14:32 | skier, it's no skin off my nose. But I'm not a fan of these pump and dump operations existing, and the lucky few who got in early clapping themselves on the back for being "knowledgeable" does tend to perpetuate them. Someone has to start the snowball rolling. Still, I'm sure Mr Knifton appreciates your services. Maybe you could ask him for a job. | stewjames
07/4/2014 13:43 | The following transaction may be worth the FCA looking into; at the RTO: L.Knifton takes 29.9% equity stake and subscribes for loan notes March 2014: since diluted to 23.8%, sells loan notes off-market to a third party a week later: £1.5k of Knifton's sold notes converted into shares at 0.5p (10.7%) for selling in the market. The 29.9% limit prevented Knifton converting in his own name so he seems to have used a third party as a proxy to sell stock at arms length | bam bam rubble
07/4/2014 13:40 | StewJames -- Don't let the green-eyed monster get the better of you. Well done to everyone who spotted a possible rise and a possible profit-point in EMT between Dec 2013 and Apr 2014. Timing is everything in this game ;-) | skier100
07/4/2014 13:14 | this will drop like a stone now. just a pump and dump. take your profits now! | ch4p_85 |
