|9000 sell yesterday at 2p, when spread was 7/10. Outrageous!! Surprised punters paying so much today, giving MMs a quick 500% profit.|
|The fall from 70p to 10p was the liquidation sale of the kijani part holding.
Why on earth did it bounce though, only hope is that the holder of the fire sale shares stumps up some cash to keep the lights on. Strange move on their behalf though, can't see what's in it for them. Must be some decent value in the site, had a mcap of over £30m at one stage.|
|Last time it hit 10p it reversed to 30p in days, can history repeat itself?|
|VERY HARD TO BUY
even after rise something happening undercover here.insiders first then others|
|Doubled in a week.|
|whats going on here can buy only £100 worth|
|If this went from single digits on the Kijani fund funnelling in client money and
they now have to liquidise that position, expect this to return to whence it came.|
bam bam rubble
|"Emerging Market Minerals plc
In addition to the recently acquired Project in Madagascar, the Directors will continue to seek further acquisitions within the sectors of mineral exploration and mining.
The Directors believe that their broad collective experience in this sector of exploration and mining will enable the Company to achieve its ongoing further objectives.
Investment propositions will be evaluated when the Directors clearly consider that enhanced values may be achieved. A particular criteria will obviously be to identify investments where the Directors believe that their expertise and experience can be deployed to facilitate growth or unlock value. There is no limit in the number of projects in which the Company maybe interested regards to investment. The Directors will conduct initial due diligence appraisals of such potential projects and where they believe further investigation is warranted, they will appoint suitably qualified, and where appropriate, independent persons to assist.
The Directors intend to be involved and active. Accordingly, the Company is likely to seek participation in the management of the board of directors of a company in which the Company invests with a view to improving its performance and use of its assets in such ways as should result in an increase in the value of such a company. The Directors hope that the resulting benefit would provide a satisfactory return to the Company's Shareholders."
So why the name change? No RNS as yet. Maybe they have another project lined up and needed a more general company name, bit like the model of investment house REM ? Just my guesses.|
|used to be LPH (name change, Dec 2014)|
