not sure what the emblaze history of failure has to do with anything, this is just about whether or not apple infringed a patent, not sure how a jury can realistically be expected to make the right decision on something so technical, hell they even let oj simpson off

Trial Schedule

Last week, the parties appeared for a pre-trial conference. At that conference the court and the parties laid out a schedule for next week's trial. Each side shall have an hour for voir dire, an hour for opening statements, an hour for closing arguments, and a total of twenty hours for direct and cross-examination of witnesses. Should it become necessary, the court will entertain requests
for additional time.
The court will address disputes over exhibits, demonstratives and deposition testimony on the day in which they are to be used, before the jury arrives. In addition, the court will hold a charging conference to decide on final jury instructions partway through the case. In general, the schedule for trial will be as follows:

Realify was announced in the Emblaze Annual 2013 report

There is a very small possibility that the stock market authorities won't approve BLZ's relisting. They are legally obliged to mention that in the relevant documentation, to cover all eventualities.

That doesn't mean it's likely.

I cannot see a court in the US with US judges giving anything to Emblaze when Apple are buying the best lawyers as they have so much cash they stole by using Emblaze's technology.I assume the shares will start trading again once this court case ends.

No, is a jury trial, so unless they reach a settlement it could be some weeks.
