30/4/2019 11:44 | A passing reference to Talc and a miserly $2m saving. No mention of Summit ? so we have nearly $900m spend in less than 2 years and the business is going nowhere? Maybe a return for Mr Bramson? | am555
30/4/2019 08:53 | That 306p target looking a long way off now. "market conditions remain challenging" | deadly

12/9/2018 12:14 | Not sure why you should be surprised! There is much about the new management that leaves questions. I see the shareholders have agreed to a lower price for Mondo. I thought it was up to Board to run the company not the shareholders (who wisely challenged the first offer of $600)? Not telling the whole story - I'm sure transactions costs will be much higher and I think underwriting costs may come out of the share proceeds. | am555
11/9/2018 15:54 | Ex-rights 4 Oct Fund raising expenses of £3.8m (ex VAT) Can't find any mention of the actual underwriting costs, which is strange. Only, "the Company has agreed to pay a commission at such times and in such proportions as between the Underwriters as contained in the Underwriting Agreement". Hmm! | typo56
11/9/2018 07:56 | Much better deal for acquisition of Mondo announced this morning along with sensibly priced rights issue: 1for 4 at 152p. Makes for compelling deal. IMO of course. | dozey3
14/8/2018 16:48 | I assume that the purchase of the Mondo business requires shareholder approval as well the rights issue being agreed to; why on earth would a company sign an agreement if shareholders weren't going to approve it? | am555
14/8/2018 16:12 | Berenberg upgrade (and a possible hope they'll not complete?) | soundbuy

01/8/2018 11:35 | Credit Suisse reporting break fee = $18mn or ~1% of the market cap | soundbuy
31/7/2018 12:05 | What an absolute mess! Surely they must have had an indication of this before signing the agreements. if you take a look at the accounts there is a reference in P&L to other M&A costs - no detail but was there another deal that didn't happen? Very dubious accounting and reporting if that's the case. Some serious questions need answering and very soon; what if deal gets cancelled will there be a cost? Who's in charge of this shambles? | am555 |
